Can’t say enough about these guys. Had my a/​c unit go out on one of the hottest days of the year and they were able to come out same day. Great service and reasonable pricing. Clearly explained the problem and solution. They were also helpful in explaining warranties of the unit as well. Will be calling them for any future needs. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be more pleased with Austin Heating and Air Conditioning. Robert just left our house after getting our AC running again in a matter of minutes! The service was friendly and professional and the price was more than reasonable. I’d highly recommend.

Steve is GREAT and an honest guy! He just fixed my AC. He was right on time and very professional. Highly recommend this guy don’t call anyone else.

Air conditioning crisis remedied. I turned on my AC for the first time Wednesday and realized that it was’t cooling. Thursday during lunch I called for service. Friday morning Steve came out to check my unit. He looked at my thermostat and asked, «When was the last time you changed the battery?» One new battery and $ 80 later I have a functioning AC. Yea!

I saw Robb’s truck parked across the street and asked him about a problem I was having with our airconditioning unit. He took the time to tell me what he thought the problem was and gave me his card. I called him and made an appointment for the next day. When he came to fix our unit and met my husband he was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He figured out the problem right away, again took the time to explain to my husband how the system works and had us up and running in a flash. Robb did an awesome job and I have already recommended Austin H&A to another neighbor. Thanks so much for your honest and helpful work ethic, we will definitely call you again!

My elderly parents had their heat go out. Based on neighbors’ recommendatons, they contacted Steve Austin on a Saturday morning. Steve said he could be there in 15 minutes. He arrived, quickly diagnoised the problem, had the part he needed on his truck and was able to make the repair immediately. He was extremely pleasant and reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
