Food is good but not amazing. Service wasn’t the best in the world. For some reason the corn on the cob didn’t have that«kick» it usually does… tasted like normal store bought corn on the cob. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all and the strawberry Arnold Palmer isn’t all that great.

Food was good. No problems once we finally got it! We went about 2 months ago and could not get service. It was probably 15 minutes before we got attention. We asked for a server and immediately got our order taken from some guy. We finally got our drinks from a different person. It took an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive when the place wasn’t crazy busy. We saw our waiter only when we took our order and paid our bill with the kiosk. The guy was so bad, a girl server asked the table behind us if they’d been helped and the gentleman said«no». The guy walked hurriedly behind her and said«I’ll be right back». The customer said«I’d rather have her!»

I ate here for the 4−5th time tonight, 1−12−16. Past visits have been great. This visit was definitely an off night. Waited forever on our food. 2 of the 6 meals had to be re-done as one med rare steak came out well done and well done fajitas came out rare. The Manager saved the night with comping the two meals and fixing the problem.

I ate dinner at the bar on Veteran’s Day The food was Chili’s quality which is fine with me. The tattooed woman who served me is the rudest server I can remember ever having. I haven’t been back and will probably not go back.

We have eaten at the Chili’s in Apex and Morrisville and this location is absolutely terrible. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated and 50 minutes for our food to be brought out. My daughter and I are vegetarians, and the server specifically wrote down«no meat» on our orders. However, when the food was delivered, almost an hour later, both our dishes were covered in meat. I sent them back, telling the server I didn’t want them to simply remove the meat in the kitchen, I would prefer a fresh meal prepared. When my daughters’ meal came out the second time, there were still pieces of meat in it, showing the server lied to our faces and they simply picked the meat out in the kitchen. The manager came out and only removed one of our two meals from the price, failing to remove the other one until I brought it to the servers attention. Absolutely terrible customer service. The server had the nerve to bring my meal back out and tell me I was wrong, that my meal was correct to begin with– so much for the customer always being right. I worry to think that if this is how Chili’s handled our special dietary needs, they may simply pick the ingredients off that cause others with serious food allergies to go into anaphylactic shock, which could potentially end a life. The lack of caring by the servers and managers was obvious. Go to any other Chilis’, but avoid this one at all costs.

I love chili’s, however this location needs some serious work. I’ve been probably 7 or 8 times to this location each time leaving disappointed. I keep trying it because I want so badly to love it. The service is horrible– almost every time. Extremely slow. We almost always have to get up and ask for something. The managers are just as bad. Unfortunately, I think we’ll probably just make the drive to apex.

My family doesn’t go out to eat often but we decided to get everyone together and try the new chilis. The facility was very nice but the staff seemed to be glazed over with fake smiles. The food didn’t come as ordered(burgers over cooked and condiments forgotten, however, not a big deal). The big deal was the staff, while they may be nice on a social atmosphere they seemed very tense, the kind of tense like you are one small step from loosing your job tense. It was very sad. Our waiter was clearly in training and was doing a fantastic job but you could tell she was being watched like a hawk waiting to be picked apart in the back room. Her training staff was rude and arrogant to her and didn’t seem to care much about us either. I hope their upper managers improve and make a better staff atmosphere which would allow their wait staff to thrive and push the boundaries of good customer service.

The food is like any other chili’s. The meals here aren’t special, but they are good. We went in expecting a decent meal for a great price and that’s what we got. We split the 2 for $ 35, which in my opinion is a fantastic deal. We used their call ahead seating option and our table was ready immediately when we got there.(Yippppeeee for us!). We were sat in the bar area and even though we had one server assigned to us there were three young men working the section and they were all very nice and were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. They were very sweet and patient with my daughter and even joked with her. When she ordered desert she asked him to surprise her with anything but the cinnamon skillet. He brought her the chocolate cookie skillet, his personal favorite, and she couldn’t have been happier. Good option for a family date night.

Went a few weeks ago, food was good and service was slow. I don’t blame it on our waiter at ALL, he was very apologetic and honest. I believe he had 7 or 8 tables, seems like quite a bit, makes me think the management could step it up. Also while I was there a lady at the Togo line left because her food was never made, and a table of 6 left because it took a while to receive their drinks, and the manager did not seem apologetic at all when I saw her speak to the head of the table. That’s disappointing, I know it’s stressful but your job is to make people happy at all costs, I know it’s hard to be pleasant with all people but it’s part of the job. Management needs to step it up, bottom line.

It’s a chain restaurant so the food is the same as any Chilis. We came here before my little ones piano restaurant oct 23 and it was a terrible mess. We had to leave because it was taking so long. So we decided to come back and see if the newness has worn off a little. The first person that approached us did not even welcome us and went right to his tablet. I like efficient staff but I like to be greeted too. The second person did greet us and then the two discussed the best table for us. It was obvious their heads were still totally in the business aspect and not the hospitality part. Luckily our waiter was fabulous. Kevin was cheerful, attentive and fun so it made the visit AOK. This is my hubby’s favorite chain so I’m sure we will be here more than I’d like. Lol. I don’t object since they have the 520 calories or less menu. Less math for me and the dishes are rather tasty. Makes eating out while watching your waist simpler. I love that there are TEN kids meals choices for only $ 5.19 and just as many sides. Unfortunately the kitchen staff was not spot on my broccoli did not come out the way I ordered, kiddos pizza was overcooked. So looks like they still have kinks to work out. But if you like Chili’s you will probably like this place the interior is very modern and it’s fresh and brand-new.

Went tonight to have dinner with the family. This location has been open about a week. Our waiter did well enough for his first week. It looked like other servers in the area where helping out. We decided to have the 2 for $ 20 dinner combo. We picked the fresh guacamole for our appetizer. It was a little small, didn’t have that much flavor to me. I like a little kick to my guacamole. My lovely and talented wife picked out the chicken bacon cheese. Not much bacon, wasn’t as filling as we thought it would be. I picked the Cajan chicken pasta, I would swear that a Yankee came up with this dish! No spice, no kick, it actually reminded me of a vodka sauce. Kids had the«kids» bacon cheeseburger and pizza. They both liked there dinners. I signed up for the Chili’s reward program thingy. We will see how that works out. I think we will go again and get the $ 35 dinner for two. That comes with two«Presidential margaritas» my lovely and talented wife loves a good margarita.
