Loved this store — It was fun finding things there! Just happened to notice it as we drove by and stopped in on the way back. Luckily this store stays open until 7, when all the rest close at 6. It was Organized just enough to not be cluttered while giving you the thrill of finding something unexpected in every aisle. Nice merchandise, very reasonably priced and super nice staff! Looking forward to going back and don’t forget it is also for a good cause!

This store is reasonably priced which I think is great. The store feels a bit disorganized but I know they are still adjusting. I am not sure if there is a way to mask the smell, but it really«smells» like a thrift store. I have been to others and it doesn’t have a distinct smell. I found some odds and ends that I was looking for and the woman was super helpful. We will be going back !

Thrift place has only been open for a couple months. The owner is amazingly nice. it’s a very roomy thrift store with lots of natural light coming in from the big plateglass windows. He says the store’s purpose is to pay for medical expenses of locals who are dealing with cancer. He says there is a board set in place. I scored a couple of nice pairs of FAT day(you know what I’m talking about ladies) jeans for a great price. The dressing room is immaculate so far. I think it’s going to be a great place to shop in a few months. I will be back. They are still organizing the clothes and it’s run by one couple so it’s not as ordered as it could be but it’s a good beginning I’ll come back in a couple months and update my review.

Excellent selection and even better service. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely nice. They just opened 3 weeks ago so this is a hidden gem!

Thrift Place is an odd thrift store. Sure, it has the usual, but it also has plenty of odd. Big, reasonably well laid out, organized, and staffed by employees who seem willing and eager to help; it’s a nice place to explore. There’s a separate entrance used for dropping off donations. The tax-deductible donations support«donations for cancer» a non-profit supporting those with cancer. The clothing, and there isn’t a lot of it, is separated by mens, kids, and women, and appear to be sorted by color rather than size. The other center aisles have miscellaneous items, bags, toys, and suitcases. Books and VCR/DVDs are in one back corner, and along the back over to the other corner are furniture, some appliances, and tools. On the shelves along the walls are household items of any kind and on the top shelves along both sides are framed pictures or mirrors. Most everything I saw was in good shape, albeit worn or obviously used. There are a few odd things sprinkled throughout, and that’s what keeps Thrift Place from being like any other. A couple of household or tool shed items, almost antique, were surprising enough, but some of the wall hangings appeared strangely out of place for an average home and had me wondering about their origin. In any event, Thrift Place is a nice stop to check out for things other than clothing. There are treasures and oddities of all kinds just waiting to be rescued.
