I came into today for a coffee and pretzel. Vtaly was serving a woman deciding on her sandwich and didn’t greet me as I came in. I was the only person in the building two people came in shortly after and another guy after them when he finally got the women’s sandwich into the oven he skipped me and went on to the two people who came in after me. When I made it obvious I was in their before them which I know he knew. He let them literally push me out of their way. He almost went on to the next guy but when I interjected he finally took my order then proceeded to cash out everyone else before me including the guy behind me. I left before getting anything. This is my second time in this place and both times I was ignored by the person on duty so they could take care of someone after me. I will not give this location another chance.

This a great little subway right on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk next to the new Margaritaville Resort. Super friendly sandwich artists, very clean, ocean views from every table! Also open until 2 AM!

Asked for a chicken Monterey melt but the girl must have been confused. She put chicken on the bread and asked what kind of cheese. Not thinking either, I said swiss. She then asked if I wanted it toasted. I said no. She then started to put it in the oven but then stopped and laughed at herself. She then asked what toppings I wanted on my Swiss and chicken sandwich (I guess i was no longer getting the Monterrey) so I looked at the menu showing the Monterrey and read off the advertised toppings: spinach, tomatoes… I lost track because of how silly it was that I had to do that. So anyway, I just wanted to eat something so ended up with a dry chicken Swiss spinach tomato thing. I gave it 2 stars because Subway sandwiches have never been good so I should have known better and avoided going to begin with. Anyway the girl was by herself so I’m sure she was under pressure and did her best. This will be the last subway I visit. Lesson learned.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. They were so SO slow! The staff barley understood English. I ordered a footlong salami and cheese sub with nothing else on it. It took them 20 minutes do make it. They weren’t that crowded, they just moved soo slowly!
On a better note: the bathroom was very clean, however, you had to ask for the key to unlock the door.

This is the slowest Subway. Staff don’t understand English. They always seem like they are «training» someone (no more excuses)!
