Baskin-Robbins

As soon as you walk in the vibe and atmosphere of this Baskin-​Robbins is cold. and not because they sell ice cream. The décor and how the seats/​tables are set up is a disaster — trash (used napkins/​spoons) were all over the floor. The floor was sticky from melted ice cream. My husband asked for a banana split (and you can clearly see banana’s on the back counter) and the girl gave him this — scrunched up nose/​stank face, turned around, looked at the other girl who was helping the customer in front of us, and then turned back to my husband and said «No.»… her lack of customer service/​care was why my husband, myself, and our two kids, turned around and drove 10 minutes south to Coldstone where we were served above and beyond… posting a 5 star review for them now. DO NOT GO HERE… THE ATMOSPHERE IS HORRIBLE AND SERVICE IS WORSE!

This place is WAY off of being called a Baskin Robbins… I have to agree with Andy G and Gil K. I have NEVER seen such a RUDE owner !! The staff is lazy & rude… they can not be bothered to help you & they have no patience for children. They do what ever they want at this place. They NEVER give you what you pay for & they are rude about it when you question them. B & R needs to either get this guy Tony into shape or discontinue his franchise… He has no customer relations skills nor does his staff. It is quite sad that Baskin ROBBINS allows him to continue to diminish their reputation… aster all the sign out side does not real Tony’s Rude Ice cream it says Baskin Robbis

I ordered a cake from this store for my grandson’s birthday. I wanted a dinosaur theme and the owner was very nice and found what I wanted. Ordered the cake, picked it up timely. The staff was polite and friendly! The ice cream is kosher too! I will go back again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The newly remodeled Baskin Robbins is a front to take advantage of you. They will not fill your pints or quarts with ice cream, they give you about half and say that is th enew policy. If you see a guy named Meyer there, RUN! He is rude and will not take care of you.
GO NEXT DOOR TO PUBLIX and buy a million better ice creams. Forget this money pit and save the money for bills and important things.

Ice cream is ok. Owner is rude, never smiles and does not care much for kids

Went here a week or two ago to get an ice cream cake for someone’s birthday. I grabbed the largest ice cream cake from the cooler (feeds 18 – 24) and the guy behind the counter gladly wrote a personalized message on it. There were two employees working there, and both were really friendly. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes! The cake was a tad bit expensive, around $ 35, but it was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party enjoyed it. I will go back next time somebody wants an ice cream cake…
