This restaurant needs to be reported to the Health Department! The food is disgusting. I ordered shrimp Lo Mein and Pork fried rice from this restaurant last week and I took 2 bites and threw the rest in the Garbage. The «so called» Chinese food was the worst I ever tasted/ordered. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is actually called TOP CHINA, next to Flippers, on Taft and 69^th.
Pretty much what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant — it has the appearance of a place that specializes in take out and delivery — since the dining room is small — enough to accommodate a minor lunch rush.
All in all, I will be back ;)
