I dont ever write reviews, but this one is worth every single word. I came here one day to ask questions about repairing a broken screen, at first i thought it was very expensive but when i went to check prices at the mall they charge me double the price. So at ctrl alt repairs the prices are very reasonable, not only that but the customer service is great… This is my second time to fix my broken laptop. It only took 2 days to repair it. Very nice staff, i def. recommend it to everyone who dont want to get scammed from those big compannies! Mauricio is a great man that knows his stuff

Hello. First THANKYOU! For educating us foreigners! Apparently 14 years of living in the states are not enough to soak the local culture and manners your foreign co-owner clearly is master on. Second, I really don’t understand if to begin with the experts of your shop notice any defect on our device that after fixing it we will need an expensive cover for maintain it fix, why no one had to alert us in advance for this unnecessary fix that will get worse after a week? But ONLYAFTER getting payed and returning the device, to avoid any warranty for poor service and bump the sell for expensive cover. telling us to buy the cover when picking up the phone AFTER paying for fixing it is poor service. Not advising us(before payment) that we may need a cover or else fixing it may fall apart after a week is bad customer service. Coming back so soon after fixing the screen is absolutely unprofessional! Third, you may right about us being DEMANDING for fixing our phone, but this is not the WILDWEST! After all we did pay for fixing the phone and respectfully assumed it got fixed… but entering the store we did not DEMAND to re fix our phone, for the first SEVEN(7) Requests we asked nicely and politely, but to DEAFEARS and the AMUSEDEMPLOYEE, laughing our face we ashamed to admit we lose it and for our EIGHT(8) request we did demand to fix our phone which we pay you to do. We didn’t curse the employee, she only said«fix the fu**ng phone so I can get out of here». WENEVEREVER raised our voices and never cursed anyone in the store! With the outmost respect to you, I doubt you or anyone else to remain calm and patient for eight polite requests before losing your or anyone temper. It took us 8 requests. Forth, about your JUDGMENT of the«Attitude of my wife» and your co-owner«charming» behavior, its look like you decided very quickly by the VIDEO&AUDIO, that we are wrong & rude customers and your employee did nothing wrong. I IMPLOREYOUTOPROVEIT! As far as your request of our apology, Well I offer an apology in writing, a YOUTUBE video apology, and I will sponsor a HUGEBANNER in your store of our sincere apology! If you will upload the mentioned«Video & Audio» of OUR bad behavior and your ANGELEMPLOYEE and video showing any employee telling us at the time we first picked up the«fixed iPhone» that we will need a specific case to keep the screen on the phone. he only suggested us to buy a case so if the phone will fall the screen will not cracked like the old screen did(she didn’t have a case when she broke her old screen) no one ever told us at the first time we came to your shop that the new screen will need«help» via a big bulky case to stay on the phone. There is a big difference between having a case to protect the screen from cracking, to having a case to KEEPTHESCREENATTACHED to the phone and not get separated after a week of normal use. there’s no sense paying good money to ALMOST fix the problem Let the GOODPEOPLE of FACEBOOK and Unilocal to be the judges and jury, let them decide if our«foreigner» Attitude was the problem, or the lack of professionalism of your awesome employee! You virtually can say whatever you want that happen on this video, but you and I know that you are a LIER!!! The only difference is, that I don’t have a video & audio to prove it… As far as your kind invitation to fix our phone again, your proven lack of professionalism alone prevents me to come back even for free! I will not even let you change the battery of my TV remote control! Don’t embarrass yourself with Ludacris response, just upload the video to prove you’re right! And if you won’t, EVERYONE will know you are a LIER!!! And to anyone reading this, again do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else!

Shattered my iphone 5s screen. Everything on my phone worked just fine. Like most people, i called around to several cell phone repair places. Got a quote of $ 90/95+ tax from all the calls except this place. However, CARepairs was cheaper plus they threw in a free screen protector! So i went in, told them my issue to see if i would get quoted an even cheaper price but i wasn’t. I was actually quoted a higher price BUT it was still cheaper than the 90⁄95 from everywhere else. So i confronted them about what i was quoted over the phone, they gave me my phone price and free screen protector as promised. Wait time was estimated at 2.5hrs but they finished in 1.5hrs. Job done & im happy. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price difference over the phone vs in the store plus one of the guys does a bit of unnecessary marketing, i mean the store is small so customers can see what they sell, no need to mention it unless asked.
