I tend to go to this location 1 – 2 times a month. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good. I try my best to go on Wednesdays as games are half price, and there are other specials on food and drinks during the week. It does get crowded on Wednesday nights especially during the summer, so patience is a must. They have upgraded to ticketless games which sometimes can be faster with payouts, and you don’t have to worry about losing your tickets. I only have two complaints about D&B. The bathrooms are usually a mess, especially the floors. Also they discontinued one of my favorite appetizers, which were the pretzel bites. Other than that, 10’s across the board for the staff.

I haven’t been to D&B for a long time so I decided to go for something different to do. Sometimes it’s fun to feel like a kid again and play some video games, only this time you have to pay for them yourself… There are times I’ve been to Dave & Buster’s and have had to pay a $ 5 cover and this is usually because they are showing some type of event(typically a fight). You can’t get out of paying this entry fee whether you plan on watching it or not. From the entrance you place your order for you tokens. If you’ve been there before make sure to bring your Power Card back to save the $ 2 fee they add on for giving you the card. They have an assortment of «deals» to get you to spend more money on tokens and it always works for me. You walk through the hallway and enter the gaming area. Along the way you’ll pass the restaurant and pool tables. The game area has a huge bar, but the bad thing about the bar is that usually only two people are staffed and if busy, that bar really needs four people there to properly serve customers. Every time I have gotten a soda from the bar(I don’t drink liquor there because I spend too much on games) it has been flat– probably to get me to buy a frozen drink, but it hasn’t worked yet. The games. The games. The games. Really, there is anything you could ever ask for: ski-ball, classic arcade games, dance dance revolution, shooter games, racing games, arcade versions of games I play on my iPhone, basketball, updated versions of carnival games. Literally everything you can spend your coins on are here. Sometimes the problem is that you don’t realize HOW much these cost because they are points driven so you don’t see the true dollar amount on them until you run out of tokens/points and need to buy more. I spend the most of my money on trivia. What I like is that there are no more paper prize tickets and everything is loaded onto your Power Card to use at the shop when you’re ready. As usual, the prizes are not amazing, but it’s part of the entire experience. Sooner than later you realize you’ve actually spent like four hours inside and almost $ 100 and you decide it’s time to go. Let your inner child out and have some fun every so often.

You walk in and the front area is clean, modern and feels recently renovated. It has a very fun atmosphere and, if I was into sports, that would be the place to be. There is no where you can look that doesn’t have a giant screen with the game on. Our server was busy but incredibly professional. The food was scrumptious and the drinks were slightly weak but delicious as well. However when you walk to the back to use the facilities you realize that maybe the entire place has yet to get an upgrade. The middle is dark and the furnishing is outdated. And the back game room area is just down right dirty, I would not have eaten back there. What was the real let down of the evening where the almost unusable facilities. It was unacceptable. I contemplated going next door instead. Other than that even though the game room is dirty all the games were really fun and you get a bang for your buck. I would definitely go again but I will never use that bathroom again.

I’m not a big fan of video games(went here with some friends who love games), but I can’t fault the establishment for that. They did have a large selection of games that seemed reasonably enjoyable. I can fault this place for the extremely slow service, screwing up our order(twice) and making an error on our bill.

Food was pretty good and not terribly priced. Service was pretty bad and was annoyed they ask for 18% gratuity when we were a party of two! Bill was $ 32 including tip and we hand her $ 40 and she was like do you need change! Hell ya I need change i already tipped you 18%!!! Changed from tickets to on the card made it a lot easier! But card reader never read the card so had to put card in several times to be read. We bought a $ 35 card and played for less than an hour. So it was kinda pricey

Went here for date night. It was so much fun! A little overpriced for the games but it is what it is. My boyfriend and I went to the bar for a drink. It smelled as if they used a dirty rag to clean the area and travelled throughout the entire vicinity. Secondly, I ordered a drink and the bartender walked away to the service station after asking for my ID. Without realizing it I had forgotten my ID, I went to the service station to tell the bartender to forget it and that I’m sorry. She was extremely rude and I could have done without the eye roll. Please learn customer service, it’ll do you some good. Especially since you’re in the hospitality industry.

It is fun for both adults and children, however, the establishment could be cleaner. Some games were broken when we went and the food is mediocre. Every time I go the service and environment is different.

This is one of my favorite places to go with my friends & family! I love how all the games are interactive and multiplayer. The drinks are delicious but the food, not so much. The servers can also be a gamble, sometimes we would get someone very nice and attentive, and other times it would be horrible, so we completely stopped eating there.

I never thought I would like this place, but what I loved was the portable speaker you can ask for at your table. It allows you to listen to every game that is broadcast, so that you can follow your favorite. And it is free! The food was decent. We will definitely go again since they have the speaker issue figured out so well.

I went to this location for the first time at a company Holiday party a couple of days ago. I can’t really comment on the regular menu, but we had a buffet-style fajita bar! I did fail a little bit because I didn’t take pictures, but we also had nachos chips with queso and ground beef, all sorts of toppings from sour cream, shredded cheese, and quacamole. Maybe I am sheltered, but this was the first place I saw that offered a Coronarita. I never heard of them before, and it’s pretty much a margarita(available in four different flavors) with a small bottle of corona placed upside-down in the glass. So, when you’re done with your margarita, you have a corona to enjoy afterwards! The layout is a little confusing because all of the games are in one section of the restaurant /bar. Lots of variety from basketball to skee ball to all types of arcade games you would see anywhere else. I’d love to come here on a Sunday to watch football because they have huge projector displays to watch the game on, but be warned, they have DirectTV and if it’s cloudy /rainy outside, the screens will freeze up. I will come here again just to use the rest of my power play card and have a few drinks!

Walk the plank is a great drink choice if you like something sweet with a kick at the end. The vibe is pretty chill for a Sat night with it being college rivalry week. They have on all three of the top games showing tonight so there’s no way to miss a play, keeping you up to speed with everything. A lot of people but doesn’t feel crowded. Our bartender Miles really took good care of us, making the drinks to perfection! Food is alright nothing to rave about but good specials during games. If you want to take a break from the bar, theirs pools tables just steps away. You can have you food and drinks in that area as well. Overall great place to hangout, chill, etc… Really something for everyone and if you go during the day you could bring the kids and let them play the in the gaming area while you enjoy yourself as well.

Zero complaints. The front desk lady was super helpful and nice. The young women bartender/server was extremely attentive and personable. Wish I remembered their names to give credit. All in all great day out with the family. Every game was working Food was fresh and the place was clean.

Should have read Unilocal reviews before going to Dave and busters. The only positive thing about this place is they have decent games, everything else about it is so disgusting and embarrassing for them. In our attempt to eat there we walk up to the hostess stand and no one is there. A few minutes later a younger lady who appears to be a server comes up to the hostess stand and just stares at us… Few minutes later the girl who is supposed hostess comes and seats us. Were seated for over 15 mins before someone comes to our table and says idk who is supposed to be your server but all just take you guys. Order our food. Wait a while for the drinks, food comes and is stone cold. Ask to speak to a manager after taking a bite for the terrible food and ended up just leaving. Don’t waste your time at this dump.

Dirty dirty dirty. I will say our waitress was sweet and very helpful but no one could redeem this place for me. The food tasted like frozen anytizers from the grocery store. My family liked the games and now are all sick. I don’t think the games are ever even wiped dow. People clean up!

We had dinner at Dave & Buster’s with some friends. It’s a huge restaurant. We had barbecued chicken that was okay. The mixed vegetables were good. The mac and cheese was better. Chips and salsa were quite good as were the rolls. I enjoyed it over all. It could have been better, but I did quite enjoy the experience. The men’s room could have been much cleaner. The service was fast and efficient. I would try it again. I liked it.

If I could give it 1 star, I would. Run by ghetto management who won’t accept IDs from out of the country to drink. Wouldn’t even look at me when speaking to me. Rude.

Many if not half of their machines were down. Saddening but that is the case. If they were up to par and keeping up with their customers they would have them fixed. The coin machine gives 15 coins for so many points on your card, but if you keep swiping– it takes your points but doesn’t give you points.

3 stars for fun, 0 stars for service. This place was packed on a Wednesday night due to half price games. I had a 4 and 5 year old with me who were impatiently thrilled to start playing some games but I wanted them to eat first. We chose to try and sit in the area between the bar and games. There were 2 or 3 tables unoccupied but filled with dirty plates and cups. I stood by a table patiently waiting for someone to come by and(at very least) acknowledge our existence. We had about 3 different servers and a manager all walk past us not saying a word til finally I asked a server if when they got the chance, we could have our table cleaned. The server responded«I have to check with another server to make sure the people are done». Really? There were dirty napkins and a red pepper occupying the table. We finally have our server come and clean the table while we stood beside it. Our server never even said a word until I said«hi, how are you?» To which he responded with total sarcasm«oh just peachy» as he walked away with one single napkin in hand. I then took it upon myself to clean off my own damn table and threw the rest of the sea of napkins(red pepper included) into a garbage I spotted behind the bar. The rest of our service was filled with attitude from our server. Still tipped the jerk over 20% though. After dinner we played games and soon had to take the kids for a bathroom break. Upon walking in, their were 4 stalls flooded with water and toilet paper. When we went to wash our hands, all garbage cans were overflowing with paper towels. As we walked out, a manager passed by and I kindly said«I just wanted to let you know, the bathrooms need a bit tidying», to which he responded«oh yeah I sent someone in their to clean but apparently I picked the wrong person.» I couldn’t believe how lousy the staff here was. I understand it was busy, but to be totally ignored by multiple staff members when I’m throwing away so much money at this overpriced amusement trap, I expect to at least be acknowledged and not have to chase down people to get service or have to notify managers to have their place cleaned. Never again will I eat here. And hopefully, bladders will hold themselves through the time spent here because that was one of the filthiest bathrooms I’ve ever witnessed. Word of advice, eat and use the bathroom before you leave your house to come here. Absolutely disgusting!

Really gross! Service is awful. There must be an element of danger as there were armed police officers(3 hours and SEVERAL police officers there for the several hours we were there). Lots of suspicious looking people… but that’s just whatever… Ordered food and then did NOT eat it as I had a horrifying thing happen in the restroom. I witnessed NOT one but TWO employees walk out and DID not wash their hands! When I followed one of the employees and confronted him about not washing his hands, he said, «there’s no soap» and I was shocked he did not get someone to replace the soap in the men’s room. So I decided to make a little video for Unilocal. While I was in there waiting for a DIFFERENT employee to leave — he DIDNOT wash his hands either! This appeared to e the culture here. Sadly, this employee was coming out of a STALL and went back to handling people’s cups and plates — really GROSS! But who cares? They were still busy so who cares about good service, right? With potentially dangerous people who hang out here… gross food… and of course non-caring employees who lack customer service skills, who would want to come here? But hey, this is just my opinion
