I knew what I needed when I walked in, tie rod change, and an alignment. I had my parts in advance. I was actually hoping that I could trust the Unilocal reviews, saying that they won’t push stuff you don’t need on you. Happy to report they did only what I asked of them. After I got my alignment, I drove off happy since I paid a fair price for a great job. But I noticed that the car started pulling to the right. I couldn’t turn around due to plans, but I came back a few days later and explained the situation. They took a look at it, and rotated the wheels, which solved the problem. The head explained everything, and didn’t charge me anything. I’m pretty stoked about the whole thing really. Thanks guys!

Believe the hype, they don’t play games here. You are gonna get exactly what you need for a fair price. The service is excellent, they even have WiFi as you wait so you don’t blow through your data.

I called and spoke to Brian, after reading the reviews, I figured I’d give them a shot. I purchased a used 2013 Chevy Camaro recently and getting my first oil change. I called Firestone (spoke to Armando), since they were the last ones that did an oil change on the car according to the little sticker on the corner of my windshield. I spoke to Armando, he advised I need to get Dexo 1 oil change and it would cost me 59 $ plus tax. I asked why? He advised that Chevy wouldn’t honor the warranty if I didn’t use that grade. After reading all the negative and so/​so reviews from Firestone on Unilocal,I decided to look around. That’s when I found Goodyear. Unilocal had great reviews. Back to Brian, I asked him about the oil change and if there was any special grade of oil I needed on my 2013 Chevy Camaro, he advised that Chevy recommends Dexo 1 but that they have extensive experience with Camaro’s and he recommended a similar grade synthetic oil that they use on most of the Camaro’s they service. I asked how much? He advised 23 $, I asked if they had the Dexo 1 and how much would that be? He advised 33 $. I told him I’m on my way, I got there Brian explained a few more options about the oil, I went with the Dexo 1. He took my car right in, I was in and out in 45 min. On a Thursday afternoon 1:45pm. I will definitely make this my choice for oil changes and car repair if necessary. Great service, great experience and knowledge. They also service the local law enforcement vehicles. There was a Miami Gardens police officer waiting for his cruiser to be serviced. If it’s good enough for the City, it’s good enough for my Camaro!!! This type of service is rare! Highly recommended! Don’t waste your time anywhere else! I drove from sunny isles!!!

I just moved down here 2 yrs ago and I had my own mechanic that entrusted for my 07 Denali. My engine light came on within the first year being down here and I’ve just been to skeptical to just let anyone work on my truck and try and get over and hustle me. I care too much about my truck so finally I had to break down and find a shop or someone trustworthy. I’ve read reviews after review and Fleet stood out from the rest just from everyone’s common experience they had or have. I took the chance and never felt so relieved to the genuine, honest and down to earth guys in this work field. Brian and Richard are absolutely hands down great guys that make you feel at ease that your vehicle will be taken care of without being hustled.

Absolutely glad I found this place! I just moved here from AZ and didn’t know who to trust with my car. I needed tires and they gave me a super great deal for 2 tires when a large chain over priced me by hundreds for the same ones. Brian was super sweet and ordered the tires that morning and had them done before 5pm! Thanks again Brian and Richard for all your help!

Went here last week due to the reviews I read at Unilocal,and I’m glad that I did. Just bought a used truck and few days later the check engine light turned on. Went to firestone first to get it checked because it was nearest service center, quoted me over 1500 for tires, throttle sensor and O2 sensors! I also had to pay 100 bucks for the diagnostics. I did some research and found positive reviews for this shop. Went there for a 2^nd opinion turns out that O2 sensors was not the problem but the catalytic converter. Had the throttle sensor and tires replaced for just over 700 bucks. and also the check engine light is now off. Brian was very accomodating and Richard explained all the technical stuff. Would certainly be back for car troubles.

Went in today to get tires and Brian was very nice and honest with me about the status of my tires and what he could offer me. Got a couple of new tires and an oil change without breaking the bank. I think they are fair and honest which is uncommon for most auto service shops! Thanks Brian!

My husband has been bringing our vehicles here for quite some time now and we are extremely pleased with the level of service that we’ve received. We tend to be very selective when it comes to which services we receive and from where, and Brian Oliviras, manager, has been more than accommodating to us whenever we visit. Brian is very knowledgeable when it comes to service and parts, and he always maintains outstanding customer service. We are more than happy with all of the guys there. Keep up the great work!

I was having trouble starting my Toyota Avalon, needing a jump start every time, even after replacing the battery. After the Battery tested good at the auto parts store and I read a lot of reviews and visited web sites of different shops, I drove it to Fleet Tire Truck & Auto Center, even though they’re in Hollywood and I live in Miami Shores (20 mins. away) because they seemed to have the best reputation. I told them that I thought it was the alternator, since the Battery and starter were good, and I also asked them to look into the oil leak that had layered everything under the hood in a thin film of black.
An hour after I dropped it off, Scott called back to let me know that they ran diagnostics and found that the «Body Control Module» needed to be reset, and that fixed the electrical problem. There was no charge for this other than the 30-​min. diagnostic. They could have very easily told me I needed a new alternator and I would have paid a lot more to get that replaced and never suspected a thing!
Scott also said that the Valve Cover Gaskets needed to be replaced to fix the oil leak and it needed an oil change. This was a 3-​hour job and would cost me about $ 300, but it obviously needed to be done.
He also informed me that I had one tire that had a nail stuck in it, but because the tire had good tread on it, they only needed to repair the leak. Also, 2 tires had low tread and he recommended replacing them. I told him that we would continue to use our local used tire shop to replace the tires for now, as we were trying to save a little money near-​term right now, and that I would also have the local used tires shop fix the leak for only $ 5, since Fleet charged $ 20.
Later, Scott called to tell me it was ready and I agreed to pick it up the next day. The next day I came in and paid up, but was informed that Scott had fixed the punctured tire for free because he didn’t want me driving around on it. Scott and his staff were always polite, professional and friendly.
We all want quality auto repair service, but I think the main thing that everyone is most concerned with regarding auto repair shops is finding someone who’s HONEST, because it’s too easy for mechanics to «take you for a ride» and they often do. If you want an HONEST auto repair shop, Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center is your place.

Awesome service! Always honest and great prices. It hard to find a good quality mechanic. My husband and I get our tires, oil changes and maintenance here, wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommended !

Fleet Tire is the only place for auto repairs. They give honest answers and do not try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. The entire team at the location is awesome and they treat you as part of their family. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I drive over 20 miles to get service from Fleet Tire. I am a car guy and work on my classic car and I have Fleet Tire work on my newer cars.

Traditionally, I don’t like or trust mechanics. I drive about 25k for work and I don’t drive a company car. It’s important that My car stays safe, on the road, and I’m fiscally responsible with repairs. I will not take my car anywhere else.

If you take your vehicle anyplace else but here, you are wasting your time and possibly a ton of money. Fleet Tire and Truck gets it right the first time, everytime. No job is too big or too small. You are treated like family and your vehicle is treated equally as important. I live way down in Miami and come up here just because I know that I will never have a problem and will NEVER be gouged! This is my go-​to tire shop. Fair prices, good work, nice people.
They even have the proper equipment to do the hard cars, lower lifts for stuff like corvettes.
They even knew how to handle my lightning, which is tricky, they had to do it old school with jacks instead of the lift.
Anytime anyone needs tires, this is where I send them.

My dad uses them for all his personal vehicles.
