Not for everyone, but it has the cheapest domestic bottles in town. No tap sales. Jimbo’s a.k.a «Jimbo’s with no windows» is a neighborhood watering hole. Pool table, juke box, darts, one-of-a-kind Saturday night bingo. For live music, bring your own guitar. Beer and wine only. Hard to find because the neon sign blew over in the hurricane.(Not Wilma, Bonnie in 1992.) The building has since been painted, so no address is visible from the street. Guaranteed you won’t find it the first time. Afternoon cable movies. Complimentary food most holidays. Some friendly card games and pools on occassion. Jimbo’s has a working class atmosphere and location, can be rough and ready at times. Age group 45+. Good for an ice cold one or two on the way home. Staff is friendly. Open early and late. Happy hour prices all the time. Décor and men’s restroom are right out of the ’60’s. This pub is spotlessly clean, sparkling mirrors, shiny floors. I’ve seen better, but rarely cleaner in this town.(This is the Jimbo’s pub on Dixie, don’t confuse with the Jimbo’s dining club over on the Intercoastal.)
