I give this location 4 stars because to me it is better than any other MetroPCS location. I generally dread going into MetroPCS, I personally use AT&T. My husband and my children use MetroPCS. The Service was quick painless and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s also a very nice location.

Poor Management. Poor Customer service.
Due to stolen/​lost phone purchased the phone for temp usage. had dropped calls from the 1st day, called store different answers at different times without any solutions. Finally went to the store, Manger had a poor communication skills and not able to think out of the box. trashed the phone. I would never recommend it to any one.

This store used to be in a dumpy storefront on the south side of Young Circle. It moved into the ground floor of the new Radius Condominium on the north side of Young Circle. Next door is FedEx Kinko’s, Starbucks Coffee, Salad Creations and Smoothie King. The store is double the size of their old location which means half the wait. There is street parking right in front of the store and a large public parking garage just behind it.
