I have tried to hire Miami High Rise Window Cleaning to clean one of my properties in Miami Beach. We have scheduled the cleaning on a morning at 8.00am, around 8.15 I called the owner since nobody showed up and asked him where he is, he told me that he will be there around 9.00. No warning that he will be late whatsoever. I rescheduled for another day at 8.30. That very morning I received the following e-​mail (!!!) at 8.40. «I can’t make it this morning. Sorry».
This is absolutely unacceptable, lack of respect and professionalism. I do NOT recommend to work with this company.
