I follow this truck everywhere. I had it for the first time about a year ago and I am always raving about it. Finally caught up with them again at FatVillage Art Walk and I was so excited to get my friends and boyfriend to eat there. I got the Maine style lobster roll and it was so fresh and amazing. Boyfriend got the Connecticut style with the warm lobster and he was so impressed. We have had other lobster trucks at Quiet Waters and this place blows them out of the water. My boyfriends brother got the Lobster Mac and Cheese and he was amazed by how fresh the lobster was. I will continue to obsess over this place, I recommend to everyone!

It’s been rough finding a good lobster roll(excepting Joe’s), but these guys serve it up right. The line is worth the wait, my delicate stomach has never had an issue, & the prices are reasonable. If only the lobster mac & cheese came with a bottomless option…

Amazing! Crab sliders, tots, and coleslaw. Made fresh to order. Proprietor is a trip and a half.

The lobster tacos were delicious! Never had anything like it! We were at a food truck festival so I tried food from other trucks, but I wished I would have tried the lobster roll.

Every time I go to an art walk or food truck rally, I make it a point to check if the Mobstah Lobstah truck will be there! Their Maine style lobster roll is my absolute favorite, and I almost always get the combo with their tots. The lobster roll comes in a buttered, toasted roll and they stuff it with whatever style of lobster you want(Maine or otherwise). The tots come with a really tasty sauce and the lobster roll comes with a lemon that just brings out the whole thing. If you’re ever craving a delicious, authentic lobster roll, look no further.

Went to the ft Lauderdale art walk specifically to get a roll from them. Husband and little boy were not lobster fans so i was able to enjoy my roll without them stealing from me. As I have not had many rolls to begin with this seemed to be a good roll. The tater tots were also very yummy. It was only later that night as I sadly flushed the contents of my stomach down the toilet(and the $ 15 I spent) I realized it must not have agreed with me. The only thing I ate differently from my family was the rolls and i was the only sick one. I emailed the owner but his reply was basically«sorry you were sick, it wasn’t our fault.» Will be staying far away from their truck.

We tried this food truck last night while at the Wynwood art walk. To be honest, I had low expectations because of the whole«Sopranos» theme with the signage, but don’t let that turn you off; this food is legit! We ordered the lobster roll combo, «Connecticut Style», which came warm with lemon and butter. The combo came with tater tots and coleslaw. The guy taking the orders couldn’t have been friendlier or funnier! He really added to the experience with his warm and open manner! The food came really quickly and the sandwich was cut in two so Larry S. and I could share. The sandwich was a toasted roll absolutely stuffed full with lobster, no filler or mayo! The tots were crispy and delicious and the slaw provided a nice, cool foil to the rest of the meal. Absolutely delicious, although a bit pricey at $ 17. I would definitely follow this truck around and eat here again!

Amazing lobster! Wish it was about 2⁄3 cheaper though; I’d definitely eat here more often if it was. I am rather obsessed with the Connecticut style lobster roll. YUM!

This was one of the many food trucks at the Wynwood Art Walk, and I’m glad it caught my eye. I was initially intrigued by their silly name, but then I started craving a lobster roll. We got the BLT style which was absolutely delicious! There were large, perfectly cooked, buttery chunks of lobster nestled in a crisp yet soft garlic toast, topped with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Each bite was scrumptious and I was so sad when a huge piece of lobster fell out onto the ground :(Even the bf who usually shies away from seafood thought it was great. The only downfall was the price. As large as those lobster chunks were, they didn’t have much room to fill in the first place. Despite this, the quality and taste are good enough for us to be return customers.

Tried the lobster mac and cheese and it was pretty good. Huge portion but the mac and cheese to lobster ratio was a little off. Also I thought it could have used Creole seasoning but I know that I usually like my food extra seasoned. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the cheese was good(real cheese, nothing fake or gross). The lobster was good– wish there had been more of it!

I never had a lobster sandwich before and I was eager to finally try one. Their truck was parked at the Wynwood Brewery 2 year anniversary when I was able to finally delve into a lobster sandwich. The line was extremely long, I beleive I had to wait about 30 minutes just to make my order. But its ok, I dont mind waiting for good food. When I finally got to the truck, the man with a strong Bostinian accent asked me what I wanted to order. He was very nice and made recommendations of things to try. I decided to go with the Connecticut roll. I was going to get the tots and slaw but they were out of slaw by the time we got to the truck. :(So I just got the roll. I waited about 10 minutes for my food to be ready and saw that there was only 2 people on the truck working. They guy taking the orders and a woman making the food. When we got our food It was presented so well and looked so appetizing, I couldnt wait to dig in. When I took my first bite I was so happy I waited in line for it. It was delicious! There was whole lobster tail, cooked to perfection with butter and lemon. The roll was perfectly toasted and went very well with the lobster. I tried my friend’s tater tots and they were so good! They come drizzled with spicy mayo and it paired really well with the roll. Overall it was great meal and would definitely eat from this food truck again.

I tried this food truck when they were at Wynwood Brewery for its 2nd anniversary. Many reviewers, and people who were eating as I waited in line, proclaimed this to be the best lobster roll they’ve eaten. I haven’t eaten many, in all honestly, I don’t really think there are many offerings here in Miami. I probably had tried a couple down in the keys but I can’t recall eating any here in Miami… The Connecticut roll comes in a buttery, grilled and pillowy soft roll with about 6 claws stuffed in it. Lobster is very easy to cook, but also very easy to overcook. These guys are done right, tasting fresh and tender, with hint of butter. Price is high but portion is not small, and I guess the quality justify the price..

I was so happy to see a lobster roll truck at the Wellington food truck invasion. I had Connecticut style: warm with butter on a buttered roll. So effin good! There was a CLAW on the top of the roll! The tots were super crispy with a spicy chipotle aioli. I will definitely eat there again!

We came here for Fourth of July and after looking at the array of food trucks decided to give it a try. We ordered the lobster BLT roll with slaw and tater tots. The amount of Lobster was substantial and succulent and just the right amount of mayo and readings. The bread was perfectly buttered and toasted and the tater tots were perfectly fried with tasty chipotle aioli. It was $ 16 which is expensive for the amount of food. Would totally try other options at this food truck!

Was visiting Funky Buddha brewery for the first time in Oakland Park and the Mobstah Lobstah truck was out front. Prices are a little high, but if they are serving great lobster which I suspect they are then the prices are justified. $ 14 for a lobster roll. I had the crab cake sliders and shrimp tacos. The crab cake sliders were real good and unexpectedly came with a side of tater tots and a nice tangy orange sauce. The shrimp tacos were really good, I loved the pickled peppers and onions and sauce that were on it. Fantastic stuff.

Ordered a Conneticut Lobster Roll for $ 14. It came out fast, warm and on a lovely buttered slice of thick bread stuffed with lobster and garnished with a few scallions and a lemon slice. While the roll is quite simple, it’s flavor left me wanting more. Not over salted or over cooked but so yummy I could eat another right now and screw the calories. My only complaint(if any) was that I wished it was stuffed a little bit deeper so that I could get some lobster in every bite. As it was, I couldn’t get much lobster in bites at the bottom of the roll. But that’s being really nit picky and also partially greedy that I’d get more lobster that way. Aside from 3 different types of lobster rolls, they also offer clam chowder, lobster bisque, lobster tacos and more. If you like lobster, definitely check them out. Even if you don’t, you should stop by as the people who run it are very pleasant and friendly.

After yesterday’s visit to ML, I can report that I was impressed with the freshness of ingredients and great service. I enjoyed the lobster taco, and crab meat from the crab sliders. For the area, this is definitely one of the better seafood trucks around. I’d rate it at 2.5, and WOULD recommend giving ML a try. I’ll be trying additional items from the menu before re-evaluating my rating.

Called up Funky Buddha on my way home from work on a Monday and asked what their food truck was tonight. The guy answered the phone and said it was Mobstah Lobstah and it’s really good. I figured it was 930pm and my quick and easy options were limited so I’ll skip Pollo and give this a shot. On this particular Monday it was a chilly 65 out so there weren’t too many people there. A nice man and woman were manning the truck and told me to take my time. I read over the menu dejour and decided to try the lobster roll combo, blt style. It was only $ 15 and it came with tatertots and cole slaw. While I wait for the sandwich I decided to go in and grab a beer. By the time I was back outside my food was ready. The roll itself was perfectly buttered and toasted and the Bibb lettuce and thick bacon were presented nicely. The tators were topped with an amazing spicy mayo and the cole slaw was plain but decent. My only complaint was that I wish there was a little more lobster. I dream of the New England lobster rolls or the one from DJs clam shack where I’m drowning in tail and claw meat. This one tasted good, just wanted more.
