This has to be the worst moving company ever!!! 24 hours late. Rude office staff, customer service skills is not a requirement to work for this company. The office staff even hung up on me! Do not use this company. I wish I read the reviews prior to booking my move.

CAUTION!!! Do not use this company. They are unconcerned about their customers and do not provide a timely service at all. We were moving from Indiana to Florida and they picked up our furniture and boxes on September 13. It is now October 8 and they still have not delivered our things. We call daily and each time we speak with another person who gives us a new excuse. Moving across country is hard enough. No person or family should have to go through this kind of hassle in the process. This is ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend for anyone to use this company. They claim they are Jewish but these people are a total disgrace to the Jewish community. I work for a Jewish owned company and they’ve never behaved in this manner nor have they ever treated their customers with this level of disdain.

I think it’s unfair to not give any stars; this is one company that certainly deserves it. I called them for a long distance move; they provided a quote; I paid a deposit. My move is scheduled for today and I am advised that they wont get here until tomorrow (Saturday). Then I call today at noon to get a confirmation on the time they will arrive and I am advised I will get a call me this afternoon. 445pm and I havent received a call at all. I then call them and I am NOW advised that the truck has broken down in SC and they cant do anything for me until Monday… YES Monday. I advised them that I am being EVICTED as my lease terminates tomorrow and that will not work. When I indicated that I will need a refund now he is working on finding a solution. THEY COULD NOT FIND A SOLUTION AND NOW I AM SCREWED!
PLEASE TAKE THIS EXPERIENCE AND NEVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY/​BROKERAGE FOR ANY MOVE!
