Horrible!!! Customer service is at the absolute lowest. The five star review lead me to believe that possibly it was a matter of personal opinion. I wish I would’ve listen to the other reviews. They triple the amount from the estimate and said it would take over 3 additional hours. Also they changed up my appointment at the last minute giving me only one option. Please please do not use them!!! I personally talked to the owner!!! The absolute worst!!! Do not I repeat do not use this company!

I used this company to move my life from Gainesville to another city in Florida. The moving guys showed up on time, were very careful and as quick as they could be, and did not overcharge me. It was a short-​distance move, but we got it done in one day.
I think people tend to give moving companies bad reviews because they expect them to pack their boxes and stuff for them, and get mad when they get surcharged for packing materials or packing fees. That charging info is in the quote. Read your contracts, people. Pack your own things, sign a waiver for the bigger items so they don’t have to pack them in their big-​item packaging (after sufficiently wrapping them yourself), and you won’t get surcharged.

IN preparation for a move next month, I decided to fill out several «free estimate» offers online from local moving companies. I must have filled one out for this company because this woman, Phyllis, left several messages on my phone while I was at work yesterday asking me to call her back for a quote. Today she called several times as well. It was really annoying to have to get so many calls from one company before even having a chance to get back to them. I understand they want the business but I think that one phone call/​message per day would suffice. Anyway, when I finally got in touch with her and said I wasn’t interested, she just hung up the phone on me. It was a terrible experience (and I didn’t even use their service!).
