All dollar discount stores are not created equal, there are many similar products carried by most stores, however; you will find certain stores carry items the others do not. After the holidays these discount stores provide good buys on wrapping paper, bows and ribbon and it is a great time to stock up on those items. Ammonia at a $ 1.00 for a 2 quart bottle is a hugh saver, use it for clogged drains rather than Draino that sells for $ 5/​12oz bottle. Guys that shave with a safety razor, dollar general is a good place to by your shave cream. Shampoos are a $ 1 for a 12oz to 16oz. bottle. It pays to shop wisely though not everything at a lower price is a value.

Wasn’t sure how I felt about this place opening right down the street from my quiet little neighborhood. But after realizing its potential and utilizing it when last minute items were needed but no time was available to run to stop and shop, I’ve come to appreciate it. Very very friendly staff. They’re not your typical dollar store. They have frozen foods and the majority of their stock is name brand items. So far so good!
