This location is the best and most consistent in the area. I’ve been coming here since it opened and the staff is very friendly and know me by name as well as my preferred drinks. In fact they often have my drink already started when they see me walking toward the entrance! Excellent service all around and the store is kept pretty clean for a mall location, all things considered. Too many great baristas to mention, but Vi, Michelle, Liam, Steven are all A+. Povo in the morning will crack a great joke and start you off with a smile. Their attention to detail and keeping the customer happy is what keeps me and many others coming back. Bravo to all.

Been to this coffee shop many times over the years. Coffee is always good, but can get a little crowded at times. You can always check out the foot traffic or shop nearby in mall while enjoying your coffee.

This is without a doubt one of the worst starbucks locations around. For such a busy location the staff always appears overwhelmed and under prepared. In the last 3 weeks I’ve ended up here at least 6 times. They have been out of various popular drinks with every visit, and got my order wrong on 2 of those visits. One day I actually observed a Barista cough into her bare hand and continue making drinks without washing them. If it wasn’t located in a busy mall I highly doubt that they would still be doing so much business.

Great Starbucks location to grab a snack or a drink after a long shopping workout at the mall!
Staff here is always friendly and quick on their feet with orders even when there is a huge line. Today I purchased a green tea sweetened with lemonade! One of my favorites!

If I didn’t need a coffee fix I would never go to this Starbucks but this is the only one within a 10 mile radius sadly. So I hope that some the veterans are working instead of the rude clueless new people. Coming from the west coast the Starbucks out there were great this one just is soooo not. Their drinks are more inconsistent than New England weather. The fact that there is usually only one barista working at any given time is a big bummer as well. When there are 10 people in line and you have to wait 20 – 30 mins for a drink is ridiculous for a coffee. Got to hit it just right I guess.

I’ve been here several times and they have never gotten my order wrong. Since its in the mall it does get busy during peak hours but the staff works fast and I really like how they know their stuff. If I don’t know what I want but describe to them what Im in the mood for they are helpful in narrowing down my choices. I know Starbucks is known to not like christians, but as a christian we are called to love everyone, especially those that do not like us, and this Starbucks has great baristas.

This is the Starbucks in the Holyoke Mall. The line gets long but the staff is pretty good at keeping the line moving and getting everyone their drinks as fast as possible. Everyone is very nice and the baristas are always willing to let you try something new and make you a new drink if you don’t like it. There’s also a lot of really nice seating which is unusual for it being located in a mall. Overall, it’s one of the best locations in the area.
