Please see MATT at this store, anybody else will cause you headaches, and you may have to resort to a baseball bat! Matt helped greatly to clean up another mans mess! Matt is awesome and if we had dealt with him from the beginning we would have a complete different scenario. Had a very hard time time dealing with another salesman there, he doesn’t care about the customer just himself. District manager of this store is a complete joke, totally does not care about his job. In Orland Park, Charlotte, is an awesome sales woman who would also be a great person to work with. Customer service was great, thanks VHART, to deal with with my problems to make me a happy customer. The horrible salesman I dealt with in Homer Glen’s Sleepys should be glad they have customer service who actually cares about the customer. Point being, if he seems like a car salesman you should walk right out of the store IMMEDIATELY!!!

Husband and I purchased a new bed tonight at Sleepys. Our sales guy Jim was polite and well educated on all the different types of beds. I knew what we wanted but it was great to see some of the more very higher end beds.

My husband and I went looking for the perfect mattress and walked into the new Sleepys in Homer Glen. Gregg was there and was quick to answer all our questions, encouraging trying out the many mattresses on display, and providing the pros and cons of each. We left unsure and tried other stores but returned to Gregg and Sleepys for round 2. We purchased a mattress that night as well as pillows and had the mattress delivered on a Sunday!!! Who delivers on a Sunday!!! Delivery was timely and the gentlemen set things up efficiently.
We love the mattress and both of us are sleeping better. Thanks Gregg!!’
