I purchased a mattress today from Kieran. He walked me through the whole process in a very helpful manner that stemmed from being both knowledgeable and friendly. The experience I received today is representative of what the buying process should be like.

We just bought a king size adjustable base from this Sleepy’s. Charlotte was our mattress professional and she made the difference in our choice. We shopped at Art Van, The Dump and other places. Prices were basically the same but Charlotte helped us get the right product and she treated us like we were special. Again, it was the customer service we received that made the difference!

I just purchased my first bed, as I am moving into my own place for the first time, and came to Sleepy’s to do so. Kieran was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as he helped my search for the best bed for me. Sleepy’s in Orland was my first stop in my mattress-​shopping experience, and I had no need to even consider looking elsewhere after the service I received. I was easily able to find the perfect set and arrange for delivery with the help of Kieran’s sales work and would most definitely recommend this store/​sales representative to anybody looking for a first-​time or new mattress.

We ordered a bed today to have it delivered tomorrow (a sunday!!). I am looking forward to sleeping well again! (haven’t slept well for months).
Darryl and Charles were there and Darryl our salesman was very helpful, they let us sample the standard tester beds to let us get a feel for the type of bed we really want and it made the process pretty quick.
I DO NOT like pushy sales men, and they were not pushy… BUT talk about putting the cart before the horse, we ended up walking out with a bed before we even purchased a frame… which may be a big hiccup in my post purchase glee… since we did say we were looking for a platform bed (no space under… So my «wolverine cat» won’t 1) hide 2) have access to the box spring to tear a hole and hide underneath)… but had no idea they made/​had such things as a low profile box spring.
We are hoping to hear from ever so helpful Charles tomorrow morning to see if the box spring can be switched for a low profile box spring, before we have the embarrassment of having a bed that ends up looking like it is straight out of the fairy tale princess and the pea.

Matt Donnells knows his stuff! He made buying a mattress set a very easy chore. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed toward the more expensive models. He knew my budget and we stuck to it. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and asked me a few of his own to make sure I was looking at the proper mattress.
Delivery was a breeze, the guys were nice and very careful in my home.

My husband and I were looking for a twin bed to replace the bed our daughter took to college. We stopped in on a Sunday at 11:00 am right when the store opened. We were greeted by Paul Owings. Paul was great to work with — he asked us what we were looking for, gave us many options to pick from in our price range and answered all of our questions. We felt no pressure and appreciated Paul giving us a pleasant experience. We purchased the bed and I immediately went on line and found the exact same bed for $ 100 more. I have been in need of a new mattress set for a while now and I’m so glad I decided to come in to this Sleepy’s location. And I’m so glad Chris was working when I stopped in. I didn’t know what to expect since this is the first mattress purchase I have made but Chris made it so simple. He was beyond knowledgable, very genuine, never pushy, and most importantly, was committed to getting me the right mattress in the price range I could afford. I work for a high end retailer that is known for its legendary customer service so I know excellent customer service when I see it. Awesome job Chris!
