I used to LOVE coming to this restaurant, I enjoyed many of their dishes and the place was commonly spotless. The last two times I have been there I had a terrible experience, my wait was long and my orders were wrong. I doubt I will be coming back here anytime soon, which makes me sad because I used to adore coming here.

Much like the other locations I’ve patronized lately, this Noodles & Co is offering a sub-standard product for a premium price. The decision to remove Sriracha bottles from the condiment stations in each location is baffling and irritating. I don’t want a dish of Sriracha –which is what is provided when you ask for Sriracha now — I want to be able to add as little or as much as I want FROM A FREAKINGBOTTLE. Removing the bottles is a false economy! The other location I visited lately does not add enough sauce to its pasta dishes. This location’s issues include poorly presented & lukewarm food. The employees were similarly lukewarm in their customer service. I don’t mind paying extra for a quality product, but Noodles & Co is no longer offering a quality product. The value just isn’t there.

Food is good. Clean place most of the time I visit. Food options are sparse. They offer just 9 dishes. And most of those are just rehashed main ingredient. But they are tasty. Pricey for what the food really is. 4 out of 5 due to price.

Tried Noodles for the first time. Not impressed The soup was cold as we’re the buttered noodles. The young man who asked if everything was ok was new and said he didn’t know what to do about it. I returned them to the counter and spoke to the manager. Not an apology… nothing. just said he would have them reheated as though it was a bother. He never followed up with us either but ignored us as he cleaned tables while letting the new kid try and wait on people. The place was dirty too. The pictures on the wall need a good scrubbing. My first and last visit.

Always enjoy noodles & company! My daughter always wants to go 2 a Noodles & Company between hockey games on a day when she has multiple games. We always enjoy the Asian fusion. Lil spicy, lil sweet. Always satisfying. Pot stickers are decent! Never a bad meal at Noodles. At least u know what ur getting when you stop in at any location. Solid stop.

Food wasn’t anything special to me. Bland and dry. I ordered the Alfredo dish and I had to not only order more sauce but pay for it. The amount I was given was a joke! My pasta was dry as hell! This is not a restaurant for people with advanced palates.

Should’ve known we’d have problems when first thing you hear coming in was a list of what they were out of. Food came out cold. If you want Thai I guess go to a Thai restaurant.

Went last night and ordered spaghetti and meatballs for the kids. Meal came out without meatballs. The girl told me spaghetti and meatballs doesn’t come with meatballs and told me that meatballs are extra. Just a heads up that when you order spaghetti and meatballs don’t expect to get that. Peace out.

Not bad fast food noodles. I remember a while back the portions were a little bigger. Not bad but I think you can find cheaper and better fast food.

WORST Customer Service Ever! I went into this location this evening and ordered two pene pasta with house marinara. When I got home, I don’t even know what I got. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to her what happened. She asked me if I was coming back to get what I ordered or did I just want her to put my name down for a credit. I explained to her that it was close to 7:30 pm. I also asked for something for my effort of having to return. She then told me I was rude and hung up. I called back and asked the girl who answered the phone for the name of the manager. She refused and said she would get her. The manager gets of the phone. When I asked her why she hung up on me, she told me I was rude. I asked her what her name was and she refused to tell me her name. I then said I was going to call the Corporate office and post a message on Facebook(which I did already). She told me to do what I had to do and call the corporate office and hung up again. I called back a third time … they picked it up but did not say anything. At that time, I was very mad. I put my shoes and coat on and drove to the Noodles & Co which is about 10 – 15 minutes away. I walked in and I believe the employees knew who I was with the bag in my hand. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was helping another customer and the girl pointed to the employee at the next register. The manager would not look at me. I explained to them I wanted my money back. I had to wait for the manager to complete her transaction with the other customer. Meanwhile, all the other employees were looking at me … I guess I was the talk after the manager hung up on me. I told the person at the register that where I work, if an employee talked to a customer the way I was talked to and hung up on, they would be fired. The manager came up to me. When I asked her for her name again, she refused. I then told her I would take her picture so I could show the corporate office which employee was rude. She walked away, called me a stalker, a B*%ch, and used the«F» word. When I inquired where she went, they told me she was on the phone with her manager. Then all of the backroom employees came out to look at me. I smiled & waved to them. A refund was finally given to me. My daughter and I would to into Noodles & Company all the time. This will be my last time as a customer. They have lost a loyal customer. I also talk to my employees about customer service. and I will use their name and this story as an example of bad customer service. We have over 500 employees, and they will all know this story.

I ordered the penne ross with chicken. I enjoyed it, but the issue is that it didn’t fill me up at all. Thats an issue. You want to at least satisfy your appetite when eating wherever and its not like their inexpensive. I feel like this place is for people watching their portion sizes.

I always get the mac and cheese even though I know that I love the penne rosa as well as other dishes. I just always come here when I’m shopping in the area and craving mac and cheese. Always lots of parking, clean, and helpful/cheerful wait staff. They have something for everyone which makes it a great pick when out with friends. It’s fast and tasty food that isn’t unhealthy(as far as I can tell.) On a personal note, there are always babies and little tykes running around for some reason. I guess kids really love this joint. I think kids are fine(usually) but sometimes I am not in the mood to be reminded that I’m in my late 20’s and that my «biological clock is ticking.» More importantly, they have beer! Yay!

When I crave carbs, I think of Noodles and Company. This place makes the perfect noodles. The noodles come in small or large. You can order a large bowl for just a couple extra dollars. They have inexpensive sides like the warm ciabatta rolls that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside or the flatbreads. You can add a small soup or salad for just a buck! Don’t miss the Thai curry soup. It’s so good, I could bathe in it! If you have a cold, the Thai soup will make you feel so much better. I love their soda machine, where you can create well over 100 drinks! The food is brought out to your table with a smile. They have Great quality condiments. Although, I don’t drink, I believe they even serve beer! Who knew a chain could be so good! So you don’t get tire of ordering the same thing, they always introduce seasonal items.

I have NEVER been to a Noodles & Company until about a week ago. I alway shad it in my head, «They specialize in noodles, how good can they be. I guess I let the name skew my opinion but I was wrong. All I ordered was Macaroni and cheese and chicken soup and I was not disappointed in the least! and it was very good. I was not really aware of how many different things they even had on their menu. Noodles & Company have won me over and I am looking forward to tryin gmore off of their menu!

I was traveling when I came upon this place and the reviews were great. I went with the Pad Thai, as I familiar with this dish from some Thai restaurants I have been to. It was a decent meal, but not nearly as good as some others I have had from real Thai restaurants. I would go back to try other dishes, but I wouldn’t get the Pad Thai again simply because I have had better at other places. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was great.

My wife and I were out dining room table and chair shopping. We didn’t like the table we thought we might like but we did decide on ordering some chairs. Well after all that shopping we were hungry. So Maria suggested lets try Noodles and Company in Orland Park. We walk in the door and HOLYCOW!(no it wasn’t a Cubs home run or even Harry Carey) what a line of customers. This place is small and there had to be at least 20 people in front of us placing orders. All the tables appeared to be full too. The line moved quickly though to place our order but then the HUGE wait began for our food. So we ordered Chicken Noodle Soup at $ 5.49 a bowl that was very watery but the ingredients did taste good. Asparagus Stack at $ 2.99 a plate with bacon bits and cheese that tasted pretty good. Spring Flatbread at $ 2.99 a plate, that was mostly bland tasting flatbread with very little bacon bits and extras. Wisconsin Mac and Cheese at $ 5.49 a bowl that at best was very average(it made me yearn for the Mac and Cheese at Panera). Truffles Mac and Cheese at $ 7.95 a bowl(expensive but worth it), the one saving grace of our visit to Noodles, even Maria said she would come back again and just order this alone. Finally a large fountain drink for $ 2.19 a cup. Our total bill came to almost $ 30 dollars. It did take quite a while to finally get our food. The place was clean and the food was just plain average. I do not think we will be heading back though. Next time we are out shopping for a dining room table and we get hungry I think we will try some place else in the Orland area.

Where can you go to feel 10 years old one minute, then 20 something the next? Frickin’ Noodles & Co!!! First I got Wisconsin Mac ‘n Cheese which reminded me of the dinners my aunt used to make me in middle school. Then I drank two bottles of Harvest Ale back to back while playing Tetris on my phone and felt like I was back in the C.E. dorms down at WRAFB in GA. Mac ‘n Cheese was great, but adding Parmesan Crusted Chicken makes it Über! The Mac ‘n Cheese was cheesy cheesy and the Chicken was crusty ‘n juicy… mmmm crusty chicken because it’s supposed to be crusty not because someone cooked it wrong(inhale) but because they cooked it right mmmmm… I’ve had the Beef Stroganoff here too… it could’ve been Stroganoffier, but it wasn’t bad. They’ve got one of those new fangled super high-tech million different types of pop machines too. I stared at it for a second before making the final approach. Crazy non-touch touch screen… your finger touches the plastic but the screen looks like it’s an inch behind your finger WTF? It works though, so it’s cool… still devils magic I think! Or Chucky style magic… «Something, something Dumbala!!! Give me the power I beg of you!!!» — Out comes some Ice and Coca-Cola. Oh, the beers I mentioned — FIVE kinds: Goose Island — Mild Winter and Harvest Ale, Budweiser, Corona and Miller Lite. I like it, it’s FAST, Cheap and has friendly service too. Plus the magic soda fountain hasn’t tried to absorb my soul yet. SYOY!

I’ve eaten here on a number of occasions when taking a break from shopping or meeting a friend for a quick bite to eat.. The menu doesn’t change, so you always know what you are getting when you order. It’s nice they have an option to get large or small bowls of pasta. There really isn’t a lot of options for non-dairy items. I think the pad-thai is the only dish that isn’t cream-based or drenched in cheese. However, it is good(not great), but edible. Their flat bread is really tasty. It comes out warm and breaks easily. This location has outdoor seating which was nice to enjoy in this unusual 80 degree weather.

Have I honestly Unilocaled for xyz number of years and NOT reviewed Noodles? It’s a joke, right? I mean, surely… I must have. No? I really, really didn’t? Well then. Here’s how my relationship with Noodles went for, oh, say, a solid six months back in the day. My husband worked(and still works) one of every three days(firefighter/paramedic – so hot – but that’s a story for a different site ;) so that meant two trips to Noodles every three days. Religiously. Hey, cut me some slack! I was pregnant and my now almost-six-year-old demanded macaroni and cheese in utero like you wouldn’t believe. I HAD to have it. The employees knew my name, my husband’s name, hell… even my then-unborn baby’s name. Suffice to say, Noodles and I? Yeah, we go way back. Now? I’m still married to the same amazing man. I’m now a mother of four amazing littles who span the ages of two to almost six. And my love for Noodles lives on. Apparently, it’s been passed to my children as well, especially my aforementioned almost-six-year-old child. Sure, the noodles themselves are great(well, duh) but I’m a huge fan of the veggies. I add a ton of ‘em to, well, anything I order and they are always the pinnacle of perfection. Not even kidding… I’ve never had a poor outcome. Fabulous! Although we live in the area, our stops aren’t entirely all that frequent(well, relatively frequent, at least). But when the urge strikes… oh, yeah. Table for six, please. And how. :-)
