Best breakfast sandwiches in the area… bar none. The majority of the staff is friendly enough, but they are all professional and do a great job. The place is a little small which I guess gives off a cozy vibe and most people are in simply in an out so you often sit and enjoy your coffee. However the layout means all the in and out traffic passes where you are seated and can be bothersome.
Best iced latte in central New York. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are always very friendly.

This coffee shop is a godsend. I started going when I moved to Cortland in 2012 and practically lived there during my time as a grad student. I absolutely love the baristas and it’s nice to have a rapport with them and that they remember me. Having worked for a mom and pop coffee shop in the past, CoffeMania coffee is still hands down the best I’ve ever had. The roast is consistent and the baristas never fail to brew a good cup. Their breakfast sandwiches are also out of this world. The one big downside to living in Syracuse now is that I don’t get to have it as often!

Always a stop while in cortland! They have the best iced and hot mochas anywhere in cny. There’s always the right amount of chocolate so it’s not overpowering, it’s just perfect. I’ve honestly never tried anything else there, do can’t comment on the rest of the menu. Just try the mocha, you’ll love it!

Pour over coffee in the middle of Cortland, very nice barista, great play all around. Live in Philadelphia which does a lot of good coffee, always great to find a place in New York that does it right

Nice people, good lattes, and friendly service. This is a very charming hole in the wall coffee shop. Small but charming, they don’t have a large selection of food but plenty of different lattes. Fair warning, there is little or no seating so this is not a place to bring your laptop plug in and write. It has a more to-go vibe. Better than a Starbucks but no real place to sit.

This is the place I judge all lattes against. I’m a black coffee drinker but sometimes a a latte just hits the spot. Ten miles away it is in the direction I least often go but I often go that way for no other reason than to get their latte. Can’t judge the pastries as I rarely indulge. Don’t care for their roast beans as they package them in paper and the date is not recent. .. and it shows in the brew.

Wow the baristas here have attitude. I asked several times how much a bagel costs and I kept getting the same answer–«they’re all the same price». Um ok, that doesn’t answer my question. There was no sign with the price so I thought«whatever I’ll just buy one». I spent like $ 3 on a stale bagel that I had to slice with a plastic knife and cream cheese that I had to spread myself. Not only that but I had to ask them for a sleeve for the coffee cup several times cause they kept ignoring me. I don’t know if they were just in a bad mood or something but I’ve gotten better service at Dunkin Donuts.

Great coffee! Love that they have sandwiches, salads, and soup now too! I had the new england clam chowder and my husband had the lobster bisque, both were very good! Can’t wait to try some of the other items, they all looked good.
