I did not had a bad experience in this store. I just don’t see me buying here. I’ve been in the store a few times and the items I liked I end up buying them elsewhere do to price or brand. Customer service was fine. I was greeted immediately.

It is very sad to say, that this store used to be a great place to shop, In my first purchase almost 4 years ago the service was excellent, I purchased a washer and dryer and the salesman Mr. Samuel was an excellent person, including the people who did my delivery. This year 2015 I purchased another set of washer and dryer and the delivery people were careless, both washer and dryer were scratched and dented. I went and notified the GM and like he didn’t care, I guess he is new, before the GM was a female very friendly and understanding. I hope someone in the Top reads this and takes action, because I don’t see this store doing well. Want to see a difference call the phone and you will see. Next time SEARS is getting my money. The only thing I buy at HHGREGG is because of its warranty but as far as I’m concerned if you buy don’t use their delivery service unless you want dents and scratches in your items.

Several sales associates walked past me while I was looking at tablet without ever acknowledging my presence. The store was dead. Now I realize that work is the last place they want to be on Christmas Eve, but I did not want to be there any more than they did. Not too mention the frozen rolls I had in the car. I just wanted to know the difference between an IPad 2 and the Microsoft tablet thing to decide which one would be best for my husband, buy the damn thing with all the accessories and make I back home quickly like I was at Publix the entire time. However, after no even a hello upon entering the store coupled with the lack of service that didn’t happen. I only hope best buy isn’t sold out.

I had never been here before but i really doubt that I will ever return. Customer service was ok(They asked me if I needed help with anything) but I declined because I knew that i wanted to see 6 specific cameras to compare them in person. Unfortunately only 2 of the 6 cameras that were on display turned on. When I asked the gentlemen if there was any cable that hes suppose to connect he answered no the batteries are just dead… Well since there’s no batteries that can apparently be put in these cameras to test them, then I guess ill have to go to best buy. How do you expect to sell something that can’t be tested.

We were in the market for a new home theater system including a 55″ LED. We visited best buy and then visited this new hhgregg in homestead off the turnpike. Our sales person, Richard, made us feel extremely comfortable and not only matched best buy’s price but beat it. Richard returned all phone calls and even gave me his cell phone # in case i had any concerns or questions. I ended up calling Richard about a tv mount question on his cell phone. He took a mount from the store and put it aside for me to pick up later in the day. Wow! Personalized service! I will never go back to best buy again.
