Subway

Rude employees, I need to find another subway in homestead… I asked for the owner or manager, they said they are busy they can’t talk or call or contact customers. I called 4 times and I keep getting the sand answer.

Fast and efficient. What more can you want from a chain sub place. It was clean, staff was friendly, but my only complaint and reason that I am giving them 3 starts is that three times I had to ask for more lettuce. The first time the guy put like 5 strings of lettuce. SERIOUSLY! I asked again, please put more lettuce and he added four more strings of the shredded lettuce. WTF? Okay, look man or lettuce police I want more lettuce please.
I was not the only one with that complaint. I had two people whom overheard me and started laughing, came up to where I was seating and told me they experienced the same. My brother was too embarrassed to ask for more. If you ask for cucumbers on a foot long he throws in two. It is as though it is costing him or something.
I think the manager overheard us and decided to tell other customers there that it was this kids first day. Hmmm.
