Great place to eat! Totally recommend the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It’s killer! With a side of delicious fries and pink sauce. All the flavor combinations melt in your mouth like ice on a hot day! And, you pay after you eat! Very delicious very recommendable place to eat! Check it out today!

The staff is super-​friendly and the wall art is great. New York-​centric memorabilia. As for the subs: I’ve only gotten one, The Godfather. Delicious.

This place is so good. Being a High school Football Player I get really hungry after practice and this place surpassed my needs for food. The Philly Cheese Steak was so juicy and the sub as a whole was just excellent. People say the food is over seasoned but i completely disagree.

I really wanted to like this place but alas, I am not a fan. The service and ambiance were excellent but the food was overly salted. When I go to mom and pop style places I look for flavor, not the salt pumped food you find at a chain restaurant. If they could just hold back on the salt, I think this place would be great!

been here a few times since my last review. they are good for consistency and the homemade pink sauce is awesome. i’d give them an 8 on the sub list though. it’s a good sub but it doesnt beat some of the popular miami shops. for homestead, i think its the best we got.

This Broadway Subs is just east of the Lowe’s on Campbell. There is a Philly Cheese Steak sign at the street. Pull in and it’s toward the rear.
My wife and I decided to give it a try. We were impressed! The shop was small and crowded at 2pm.
I had the six inch Mahi sub and jane had the six inch ham, egg, and cheese sub. Both were excellent! There was about twice as much Mahi as you get in a fish sandwich iin the Keys. Jane thought hers was the best she’s ever had.
The people working there were friendly and efficient.

Let me put it this way. If these guys say that aliens exist, I’d believe em! The Philly Cheese Steak is perfect. Juicy, seasoned and the bread… awesome. Next time, and there will be more, I will order it with extra cheese. This time I ordered it with mushrooms and loved it. My son had a corn dog and that was tasty too!!! Love it, GREAT Service!

Now heres a place to get an amazing sub. I’m quite fond of the Rachel however there philly cheesesteak is of the charts. They have a love it or its free policy. Trust me you’ll pay for it, its that good. Fresh breads, real steak and hand crafted to order. I recommend you stop by on your way to the keys or on your way back… anytime is worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with this place– I was really looking forward to finally trying it out. They have no system for preparing food in a timely manner. They were all over the place and couldn’t get it together. I waited for 20 minutes after ordering my sub and they still had not even started it… at this point I told the woman I couldn’t wait any longer as I had to go back to work… and she was just like «ok sorry» didn’t even try to help me out. Not going back here

We ordered and the food was brought to our table by the cashier who took our order, great service with a clean, family atmosphere. It has a hint of a «sit down restaurant» type of feel because there is also a bus boy keeping the place tidy and taking the trash to the garbage for you… in a sub shop!

Subs are SLAMMING. Can’t go wrong with this place. Meals are made to order so you will have to wait a little but it is so worth it.

They have a decent steak and cheese sub. Of course it’s no Philly cheesesteak sub lol but it’s as close as you’ll find in Homestead!

Great subs. Good variety to choose from. They serve fries too. Eat in or take out. A little pricey for a sub place, but it was good. They have great hot subs, Philly cheesesteak and Italian are the ones I’ve tried. No military discount which was upsetting, considering it’s a little overpriced to begin with.

I love this place so much I have a usual, grilled bbq chicken sub. their delivery service is amazing and it’s just great all around their Subs are delicious && the staff are super friendly.

Got a godfather sub and it was amazing. Both employees were extremely nice/​helpful. Was recommended by a friend and glad we made the trip.

It was my first time ordering here and I ordered takeout. I got a 12 inch Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms and grilled onions and a large fry. It was really good! I don’t know about the BEST but it’s definitely good. The steak was marinated and very flavorful. The fries on the other hand were not freshly made. I swear they came frozen in a bag and baked/​microwaved. Despite that they were seasoned very well and were tasty, but I still prefer fresh fries made on the spot from real potatoes. I should also mention that they came served in a thin white paper bag that had oil soaked through the bottom of it and there was random rips in the bag. The staff was friendly. Other Unilocal reviewers here said that they got a free cookie when it was their first time here but I didn’t get one. I also didn’t specifically tell them it was my first time but I walked in and grabbed a menu and they gave me a «rewards card», so it was kinda obvious but that’s okay. I would come here again for sure.
They also serve a full menu all day which I think is cool. They have a few egg and sausage options on the menu that looked good.
One thing worth mentioning is that I find their hours to be odd. They close at 6pm most days which is when most people eat dinner.

This is a good lunch spot for anyone working or living in Homestead. For anyone growing up in the NY/​NJ/​PA tri-​state region, this is a little bit of home away from home. There is plenty of nostalgia hanging all over the walls.
The food is delicious. I’m a big fan of the cheese steak. I’ll use the caveat that I’m from Jersey, five miles from Philly, so I know what a philly cheesesteak should taste like. Being said, I never call anything outside Philly a «Philly cheesesteak» BUT this is a great cheesesteak. Period.
The staff is pretty friendly and they bring your food to your table when you eat in, always a plus! Be sure to get a chocolate chip cookie on your way out.
The only con for this place is that there is limited seating and it can get pretty packed during lunch.
Fun Fact: Justin Long (the actor from the «I’m a Mac» commercials and movie «waiting») ate here once. There is a picture of him with a creepy mustache on the wall.
This is a place I’ll keep coming back to. Good for lunch if you’re in the area.
