Optima Lite Nails 2

Do not come to these places… Both places said they had 2 spots open for pedicures and said we could come in now (we were 7 minutes away) when we got to the first they had let 4 people ahead of us… They sent us to other location who said «yes we have 2 available» came in and of course had also let people ahead of us… so 1 woman did 1 of us and then was going to do the other because none of the other women who started before we got there were even close to being done. The lady was talking the entire time not paying attention and all the others had headphones in… The nail polish was smeared, on the skin, and chipped! They told us we should have called the day in advance, didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t offer anything I didn’t get mine done cause I didn’t want the same crappy job. So much for doing pedicures together!!! Terrible service complete dishonesty and not even a good pedicure. I would never come back.

I went in today and Anna did my full set, I love them! I will keep going back to her. She is sweet and does an amazing job!!!
My pedi was done by a guy and I’m not too happy. He cut my heel so now I have to deal with that pain. Won’t be getting my feet done by him again.
But Anna is awesome.

GRACE is the best of them all… I do my nails with her and I always leave with a smile. I usually call before I go to see if she’s available since Optima is always Buzy Buzy. Pancha does the best pedicure you can ask for!

Homestead optima is nothing to compare to bird road. My pedicure was horrible my gel bubbly Tje only thing good was the design. My cuticles left the pedicure lady knew nothing of what she was doing. It was just horrible never again to homestead

Awful I had an appointment with my friend for 12 noon she was getting a pedicure and I was getting full set acylics and a pedicure also we waiting till one then she was finally put in a chair to get her pedicure while I watched when someone finally came she was almost done with here’s and I just sat down its 130 someone comes fills the water tells me to sit and leaves it’s 29 now my water is cold no one has come to start my pedicure my friend is done and no one has even asked about my nails also another woman walked in while we waited for our pedicures and her acylics are done they couldn’t have don my acrylics while I waited for someone else for feet now my friends done with her pedicure and gets to wait god knows how long for my feet to get done I still haven’t been seen yet and for my acrylic to get done completely ridiculous I will never be back here again I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to go so where else someone just came she feels the water is cold she’s really not going to add warm water

Great designs if you get a good nail tech. Otherwise than that the girls that work there are very rude, like if they don’t want to work. Very over priced, I usually go to the optima on bird road and there prices are way more different than the one in homestead almost 60 dollars for a full set. Insane!!!

My nail appointment with Maria was a succcess. Pedicure was nice and manicure as well. Very professional. Prices were traditional.

Edith was awsome, she cares about your nails and what you actually want on it.
She did my pretty glittery nails and took her time!

The pedicure chairs have plastic and look very sanitize.

So this place is really nice. They are super clean and sterilize everything they have. What I really like is the fact that the pedicure bath is covered with a new plastic bag Every time a new customer goes to get a pedicure. However, I have been to both locations, the one by taqueria Morelia and the one by best buy (both in homestead) and they are really ghetto. The associates look like they don’t want to work. The first time I went to the one by best buy the girl doing my nails kept stopping to answer her phone and then she walked out on me and had another guy do my nails. My gel manicure did not last the 2 weeks like it’s supposed.
This last time I went to the one on Campbell and it was the same thing. I told the girl doing my nails I wanted them pink and then one glitter nail. She forgot to do the glitter nail and then blamed me for not reminding her! All they do is talk crap and say how a customer was talking too much and cursing a lot. Finally when I went to go pay, no one even offered to help me! It took 5 mins for them to realize I needed to pay. Bottom line, I gave them 2 stars because I like the fact that they are clean but this place is way too ghetto. Better customer service is needed!

I had to change my review after my last two visits here… It truly depends on who you get! They do really great designs but if you get someone that doesn’t really care about making them last your nails will chip… FAST! The last two things my nails copied within two days and looked horrible. After the first time I decided to give them another try since they did so good the first time bit they chipped horribly fast again so that was it. I’m not a regular so I don’t know who to ask for but in my opinion if you have a shop where you never know what you’re gonna get then I’ll pass!

DO NOT GO HERE !! The staff look like they don’t want to be working. They’re really unprofessional. Plus they didn’t even clean my nails. Seriously not work the money. They also charge you an extra dollar for paying with card.
