I wish I could give this place five negative stars. For the reason that they always mess up my order & have horrible customer service. Every time I go to this taco bell my order is 95% of the time always confused, cold or just not what I ordered.
I just can’t understand how such a big franchise as taco bell can have such incompetent, rude and ill mannered employees, someone from corporate office or from anywhere with higher authority should come down to this taco bell & change their staff.
I am a paying customer, I am not asking for free food. I have tried to be patient with these people but when I start to explain how they confused my order they make an ill face & rudely change my items. I have
completed many times the survey that’s on their receipt explaining how bad their service is there, and I never get a reply back nor have I seen any difference on their customer service.

Celiac/Gluten-Free Review: While Taco Bell can sometimes be seen as the fast food underdog, they tend to be one of the very few chain places that I can eat and can find when traveling. This location went above and beyond for my tostada order by even confirming and showing their staff changed their gloves before preparing my order. The manager was so kind and understanding even when the cashier was slightly confused about what a gluten allergy was. Hats off to these folks! I appreciated their compassion and professionalism!
