My all-time FAVORITE sweet shop! I LOVE their signature creations! Every time I step into the shop, it smells amazing, and I get excited to choose a new creation to try!

My children like the ice cream at Coldstone, but they «LOVE» the atmosphere. USUALLY when my family comes to Coldstone we have a great experience. My kids always ask the employees to sing the «Coldstone song».
The last time we visited, the employee «Kelly» refused to sing the song for my daughters. She said that she didn’t want to sing it and refused unless they tipped her. My kids tipped her a dollar and she then proceeded to say its got to be a tip of $ 2 or more. My young children were disappointed and said they wanted the tip back since she wouldn’t sing. She refused.
Eventually we asked for a manager. The manager said she doesnt know the song and then walked away. My kids were upset because of a rude and unpleasant experience and we have decided not to visit Coldstone again due to a poor experience with the employee AND the manager.
Shame on you Coldstone!
