What can I say, I thought I had a good dentist, and to my own ignorance I was fooled, maybe he just didn’t care, maybe it was financial. Left to think the worst and unfortunately feel the true pain of deceptive dentistry, I am now left holding on to a horrible memory of Dr. Ruiz. All I can say is he knows how to write prescriptions for antibiotics!!! More to come !

Every time I leave I always have questions that do not seem to be answered. Some of the women tend to overstep Edward’s authority. Not sure if Edward overbooks or what because it is always chaotic. I got spoiled with my old dentist who actually seemed concerned about my teeth especially with never having a cavity until I got to Edward’s office so I was really concerned myself and he was not. How does someone schedule for a fill in for the next appointment but will not update you on your current teeth scan to see if your tooth decay may have gotten better or worse?

DON’T BE FOOLED BY YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION! Every interaction I have had with Dr Ruiz’s office staff has been awkward, making me question if this was the right place for me. When I called to make an appointment the person on the phone gave me the impression that I was asking a lot, or bothering her. I had the same impression walking in and identifying myself for the appointment. This happened to me on more than one occasion (two appointment phone calls, two appointments), so I don’t think it was an isolated event. But, if you can power through the lackluster customer service, you will have a very different experience in the dentist chair.
I have found Dr Ruiz to be extremely friendly, charismatic, and willing to answer all my questions and explain things to me (a big plus in my book!). I was also impressed with how quickly my procedure was completed, I expected to be stuck in the office for over an hour but got out in about 30 minutes. This was not a rush job, just a quality job done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Dr Ruiz to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Great dentist! Dr. Ruiz has been my 1^st and only dentist. Strongly recommend him. I’ve always been a chicken going to the dentist but he takes his time to see that I’m comfortable and not in any pain. I don’t know what I’ll do if he ever retires.

My family and I have been coming here for twenty Years. The doctor and all of his staff are simply incredible. Unlike many dentists Dr. Ruiz does what has to be done and keeps You completely informed of any procedures that may be taking place. He is up to date with all of the new dental technology. You will be glad that you came to him.
