I went to the dentist in June to get a regular cleaning done. The dentist was friendly and very accommodating. The reason for the 1 star is for the poor billing and service that I received. When I first came in I gave them my insurance information as well and filled out the information in the reception area. 4 months later I get a voicemail about how they are going to put my account in collections. I email the office manager and she replies saying I she left me several messages(which she never did). Now I moved across the country and have to get this thing settled. I live with my phone and there is absolutely no way they called me once!!! I am extremely upset right now because they had my information 4 months ago yet just billed me because they probably lost it. Can’t express how frustrating this is!!! UPDATE: So SARA the office manager is extremely rude. I send her all of my information including updating my address and she says she never received it. When I sent her confirmation all of the updated information she tells me she is not the only person who monitors her email account and its not her fault. completely incapable of understanding anything or empathizing at all. Needless to say, the office is completely unorganized and she is an idiot that does not know how to do anything at all. She still has not sent me anything, yet I get a not from collections. I asked if she can at least just apologize for the inconveniences and she, comes back and asks me to apologize to her. I hope her the Dr’s really look into how she is handling billing because this is something I hope no one else has to go through. Oh and she didn’t apologize.

I began to feel pain in my jaw, had headaches, and my teeth began feeling tighter, like they were pushing against each other. Yup, I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. Before that happened, I went to visit, Gregory J. Duffner, Doctor Kreuz’ partner, for a consult. Doctor Duffner recommended I go to to Doctor Kreuz for the oral surgery. I had four wisdom teeth removed in total. They were removed in two different surgeries to not overwhelm the mouth and not cause too much bleeding. This was the best surgery. I was knocked out for about an hour and a half… and when I awoke, I didn’t feel any pain. SWEET! I don’t think it was the drugs they provided me with because they wear off, it was the careful manner in which the surgery was done. I hardly felt anything at all. It was great for both times my wisdom teeth removed. I was provided with concise and clear information regarding the surgery and post-op details on everything, in a simple to understand conversational manner, no condescending attitude, just great customer service by Doctor Kreuz and all his staff. Great Service! Great attitude! Dentistry at its best!
