I’m thoroughly unhappy with the service I received tonight. I came to get a book that I study with for my Boards bound and the gentleman assisting me screwed up my original pages. He had to make copies to add them to my book. He blamed it on the sticky tabs I had in my book but if he would have communicated that to me, I would have gladly removed them. He also acted completely scatter brain when I asked him to bind my book in the first place. He never quoted me a price. I’m just super irritated.

I have been here several times and I always get the same load when I check out! A line of people and I am the last. When I get to her she has a mysterious problem that needs to be fixed as well as the most inappropriate conversation to the associate doing nothing next to her. Her credit card was declined,(by name of course!) and she said she was coming back with cash. I didn’t save the order because you can clearly tell she doesn’t have any money. Seriously! I am standing here and you have time for this B.S. She is always bitching about something. I have had this problem with every OM. You swipe your card and it take an eternity for it to go thru! WTH! Are you guys faxing the information over? I have never had a problem with the«self-serve» copies as I know the guy personally and he takes care of me right away! Retrain your people please!

The staff seems better than in the past. The selection is limited when sale ads hit but overall, the staff is quick to help. The layout of this store makes it very easy to get in and out for weekly office needs.

This store needs to be remodeled. It’s organized and has everything you need, but the store is well past it’s due date. I’m hoping this place is updated soon to be more inviting to customers.
