I ordered some vitamins from their website on March 30, 2013 because it said it would be delivered within 5 to 7 days. I finally received an email on 4⁄17 with my UPS tracking number. My vitamins are scheduled to be delivered on 4⁄25. Not sure what kind of days they were counting, but this is a lot longer than 5 to 7 days. I will NEVER order from this place again!

I am so impressed with this company. I placed an online order and then emailed customer service because I didn’t know if my order was coming through regular mail or through UPS and when it should arrive. They responded very quickly and said they had been swamped with orders since the Dr. Oz show and were running a bit behind and to expect my order in another week. In fact, my order was in that day’s mail. Everything was just as pictured on their website. I couldn’t be more happy, the prices were very low considering you buy one and get two free. I will definitely order from them again and tell everyone else I know also.
