Great place, don’t let the lack of curb appeal deter you. The food was great, prices reasonable. I can see why so many people like this place.

Out for a motorcycle ride and stopped for lunch. Nice little place with outdoor dinning. Very good food. Had the Cajun Salmon sandwich was a special for the day. Very good. Service was Very good. I would stop here again if in the area again.

Perfect ending to our vacation! Extremely friendly staff — cozy outdoor seating food was exceptional — we had wraps and burgers and they were outstanding. Service was outstanding. Remember looks can be deceiving… might not look like 5 star place when you pull up but this place is 5 star in every area that counts — the food, the service and overall vibe

So here’s my only complaint… they close in the winter. How am I supposed to get my mill creek fix in winter? I’m sure it makes business sense, but I’m still not happy.

Hidden gem. Excellent vegetarian options, the freshest ingredients, lovely presentation and professional and friendly staff make this a must visit if you’re in the area. Or — worth a special trip. Looking forward to returning! The ONLY negative I can find is that the acoustics could be addressed. With but one table of other diners in the room, there was such an echo and loudness that my companion and I could not carry on a quiet conversation and hear each other. Seemed odd. But overall a great place!

Food is very good and the ice cream is delicious. We arrived after they were closed and they still served us with a smile. Great customer service and delicious food.

Sometimes, the worst part about staying someplace new is wondering where to eat. I’m telling you now, if you are anywhere close to Honeoye; you can’t go wrong with Mill Creek Café. We got to our rented cottage late Thursday, and it was the closest place, so that’s where we went. We were in for a treat! We started with an order of Crispy, well seasoned onion rings, and 21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon beer. I know what you’re thinking, but you MUST try it! My fiancé got the pulled pork, which practically melted in your mouth, I got the salmon burger. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. The house cut fresh fries, although thin were perfectly done! We ended up going for breakfast twice, and once again were blown away by how delicious our meals were. The pancakes(banana chocolate chip especially) are phenomenal. The value of all of our meals was incredible. The prices are so reasonable! The customer service was way above average, all of the staff was great, but the man that waited on us all 3 trips was fantastic. He made awesome recommendations(ie: watermelon beer), was friendly, engaging and really knew what he was talking about.(I am fairly certain he was an owner, or manager) We live an hour away, but now that we have found such a gem; will be traveling back frequently. On a side note, they also use ALOT of locally sourced ingredients. We all know how important that is these days!

We were vacationing on Honeoye Lake and searched Unilocal for some local restaurants. The Mill Creek Café came up and was highly recommended, so we had to try it out. Since breakfast is only served on weekends, my husband and I had BLT sandwiches with fresh cut fries and homemade potato chips(yes, homemade!) The food was great! The bacon was deliciously crisp and the lettuce and tomato were very fresh. The service was excellent(our waiter was the brother of the owner) and the owner was the chef. Customer satisfaction was clearly a high priority. Impressive!

Mill Creek is one of my family’s favorite restaurants. The service is consistently top notch. Today my husband had the fish fry. Very fresh and cooked well. The home made chips are delicious. I had the chicken rice bowl. I really enjoy the black beans that are Seasoned with honey and chipotle pepper. Served with fresh tortilla chips. Mill Creek serves local, high quality food. I highly recommend.

In a town of empty buildings and no real food joint this place is a saving grace for healthy, light, and vibrant food. Can’t go wrong and they sell good beer!

This is a great little sandwich shop! I have been there with kids a number of times and they love the burgers. Tonight my husband and I wanted a light dinner and shared an order of onion rings(I had one, he ate the rest) and each had a quesadilla. The rings were large and crispy, not dripping in oil. The Baja quesadilla I had was outstanding. Fresh and delicious, it had moist grilled chicken, cheese, pico de gallo, and guacamole. Highly recommended! I live in Chicago during the winter and Honeoye during the summer. The food here definitely stands up to the best sandwich joints in the Windy City.

We were staying nearby and in search of a good breakfast spot. Our hostess recommended Mill Creek Café and we were really pleased when we tried it out. We stopped by on a recent Saturday morning and enjoyed the local atmosphere and friendly service. The breakfast menu presented an interesting assortment of options including most classic breakfast dishes. I went for The Atticus which is a delicious breakfast wrap filled with eggs, spinach, bacon, cheese and a delicious local spicy sauce called Woodstead Sauce. Served with crispy, well-seasoned home fries, it was a great choice. My friends and I also shared an order of their banana pancakes served with real NY state maple syrup, and those were outrageously good. The pancakes were fluffy and buttery and worth getting just on their own. Service was friendly and patient, and our coffee was regularly refilled(necessary!). This is a worthwhile choice for a laid back meal if you’re in the area. You can also buy some neat local specialty foods like the aforementioned Woodstead Sauce and Seneca Lake Culinary Salts at the counter which we loved.
