Walmart Supercenter

nothing has changed, no one cares, and they still don’t care if you want a them to stock a certain brand or product that you use. good luck asking anyone who cares, as the staff are rude as ever, and most just can’t wait to get home or go on break. the only employee in the store who’s friendly and helpful is the fellow responsible for pet dept. always a smile and a «how can i help you ?» (and he’s slighty challenged)
the store is never updated, and it just seems not one employee in the whole store really wants to even be there. they only carry limited styles of maxwell house coffee, although there are at least 4 other blends manufactured beside «dark roast»: and «house blend» and decaff. don’t order cold cuts either, the deli s disgusting, it has the appearance and looks like its the back room of a gas station. i could change my oil in the car by just squeezing the slime off the turkey. yuk.
the rotisserie chicken is days old by the time they sell it, dry and tasteless, and full of grease.
walmart made over 400 billion dollars last year, thats $ 400,000,000,000 in profits .
yet, the honesdale store is the pits, and there’s no hope in site !
very bad experience, dread going in, and cant wait to get out to go get what i need somewhere else, because they don’t carry it.
why they treat us so badly? because they can, and they don’t care, poor management, whatever, its the worse store on the east coast still !

Normally you always get what you need at Walmart, but this one, this day had a huge pharmacy issue, new employees, rude and people who couldn’t add! Just awful!

Good prices but always crowded with rude people!

Apparently with the holidays approaching or just they are taking the complaints seriously.
The customer service at this location has improved since last time I visited. Still they have limited registers open at any given time. Hard to find help on the sales floor. Products were low stock in many departments. They have a self service money machine you can do Money orders here that works most of the time. This is the main reason I use this location.

I always have to make a stop at this Super Walmart. I like to push my cart and stop by every department and take in all of walmart’s offerings. I think is great that you can buy tires, a rifle, apples, milk and an engagement ring all in one store. Its pretty freggin awesome.
The workers are pretty nice, shelves are well stocked and they have everything! Woo hoooooo

I love Walmart! Best prices on town and you can get EVERYTHING in one store! I shop for everything here!
I will say in the summer time it’s a little hard to handle because of the campers that over run the place at all hours. It gets frustrating when I want to run in to get dinner for my family and I have to fight through the teenagers everywhere that aren’t doing anything but hanging out. Not sure why Walmart is the place to go when you want to hang with your friends. but I guess whatever floats your boat!

Ok, I hate Wal-​Mart… but this particular Wal-​Mart is very entertaining.
I enjoy people watching and this is store is a diamond in the rough. If you’ve ever seen
you would know exactly what I’m talking about. I’m sure a handful of the pictures on the website were from this location. Late at night the oddest people come to shop. People that remind me of the movie «Deliverance». These people are so out of the social norm that I can’t help myself. I may seem like a terrible person for admitting this, but its not to make fun. Its just more of an interest and ‘hobby’.
The store service is actually good. The staff is friendly and keep the store in good shape. For a Wal-​Mart…
