I love this place, friendly and helpful employees. My car won’t starts cause my car key remote wasn’t working. One of staff help me change the battery for my car key remote. They have my car remote battery and the tools to open my car remote which the kit to fix eye glasses. I thank them for helping me out or else I have to go home to get my other car remote for my car. That going to cost more time and money. I only spend less than $ 6.00 for everything. If it happens to you, you know where to go. Look for closes 7-Eleven they have pretty much everything you need in case of emergency.

I go to this location because it’s convenient and close to one of my jobs. While I love the variety of food and drinks that they have, I’m afraid this location in particular lacks customer service. Either they’re busy and call on the next person before you’ve even gotten your change back and start ringing them up before you’re done at the counter, or they’re really slow and no one can be bothered to ring you up even though there are three of them behind the counter. Today Kaana(spelling?) was very rude and didn’t allow me to finish putting my money in my wallet before she was reaching for the next customers money; I don’t like when people are reaching over/around/near my wallet especially when it’s open and I’m trying to put money in. Customer service needs to be refreshed here. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This 7 – 11 has dim sum! Kinda reminded me of the 7 – 11’s in Japan. I guess since 7 – 11 is a Japanese company it’s to be a little expected in Hawaii.

Happy 7 – 11 day! They actually renovated the mini gas station area and it now carries 76 gasoline. The mini mart itself is dinky and kinda old school, but hey… Slurpees on a hot day? Few things can beat it. Especially today, on July 11th. Why? Because it’s free Slurpee day! Parking here kind of sucks. There’s only a few small stalls and usually only a couple may be open. Unfortunately, I’ve seen people park here and walk elsewhere. What are people doing parking here anyway? There’s nothing really around here. I guess if you’re quick, just park along the construction wall. That’s what I’m gonna do when I get my free Slurpee.
