I have been going here just for location, but after today’s unpleasant experience, it will be the last. First of all, I only use premium fuel for my car. So, it has been just in and out experience. Anyway, I got into a car accident and picked up my car from the body shop after a month. When I pulled in my car and was ready to put gas, an employee who works at night comes over to me and asks me whether I have been parking illegally at the gas station. So, I told her, no. I’m here for the first time in a month to put in gas and that my car was in the garage for a month. Then, she accuses me again of whether I have been parking at the gas station.
I had to tell her again that I am here for the first time in a month. Is she a blockhead?
Tesoro, you only hire blockheads? If someone has been parking illegally, the employee should have written down the license plate number and call the police, or just CALL A TOWING COMPANY AND REMOVE THAT VEHICLE INSTEAD OF ACCUSING A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR PARKING AT THE GAS STATION FOR DRIVIG A SIMILAR MODEL.

It’s a convenient location. As mentioned before, the customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re really friendly. Or sometimes you may get Jesse. With him, the customer is always wrong and he’s always right.

Prices aren’t bad, often times I get right in and out; the staff, in terms of customer service and friendly-​ness, is a big hit n’ miss… & the location is convenient. Over-​all, I’ve had good experiences with this particular Tesoro!

Lady who works in the early morning during the weekdays has awful service. I went there twice in a week. The first day, I woke up and was determined to have a good morning. I went in for cigarettes with proper may, please, thank you. This lady was rude. I shouldn’t have said thank you. I went back the next 2 days and needed gas and cigs. I already had my ID out to show her and she raised her voice «you get ID?.» Pretending to look at it more than she should cause I just ran into her couple days ago. I went out to attempt to fill my tank. L I needed to go inside to see the attendant since I was using my debit card. I just went to work with 12 miles left of gas because I didn’t want to deal with her rudeness. She’s not enjoying her job. I’ll get her name next time. Be aware.

I come to this gas station because of it’s convenience.
The customer service is spotty. Sometimes they don’t have gas and sometimes the water and air pumps are not working.
Like I said convenience.
What I do like coming here for is movie passes. You can get Consolidated Theater passes for $ 7.25 each. You can use them on any movie but after 2 weeks of its initial release. Works for me. I can be patient. You can use them on the 3D and Titan showings too but it will cost you about $ 3.00 more at the ticket booth. That’s still not bad considering the price of those tickets run about $ 15.00 average. The catch is you have to pump some gas. Some times I pump a few gallons. Just hope they have gas to pump.
Another saving tip for Hawaii.

This place is horrible. They never have gas. What kind of gas station never has gas? The one time they might have gas it’s only regular, 87, never any 89 or 92. It’s like a gas station straight out of a zombie apocalypse movie.

I come to this gas station every once in awhile because it is on the way home for me, but after stopping here recently around 2:30/3:00, I don’t think I’ll come again. 1) this station was out of medium and high grade gas, so I had to get low grade gas. I was so set on buying more expensive gas too. How does a gas station run out of gas!!! 2) because this gas station is right across the street from a middle school, it is a popular convenience store for the little kids when school lets out. AKA it gets really dangerous maneuvering around when there are so many little kids running through the cars.

I go to this Gas Station pretty often.
It is located on King Street, which is nice if I am around the Ala Moana. King street can be busy during rush hour but they have a good amount of gas pumps.
Jack in the Box is right next to this Tesoro and Zippy’s is down the street!
