One of the newer and nicer ABC stores in Waikiki. There is a billion of them. Every ten feet you’ll find one. Located in the Waikiki Beach Walk shopping complex, you will find a roomy and clean store. Having said that, you may just want to cross the street to the Imperial since their ABC store makes cook to order hot food, which this one doesn’t. But if you’re not looking for hot food, then this place will meet all your tourist needs. 7 – 11 convenience, foods, drinks and souvenirs.

Happened to pass this store walking back from the beach and just needed a toothbrush. Wow — best prices on t-shirts, caps, and shorts that I’ve ever seen in a resort area (better prices than back at home). The sales guy was very low key and helpful, pointed us to a great breakfast place. Definitely w/be our ‘go to’ place for the next week…

ABC is a common place in Waikiki. Having said that, this is the largest I have seen. It has a full alcohol section lining the walls to the high ceiling. Strolling through the back, you’ll find multiple flavors of ice cream, a sandwich shop and ready made food to go.
There’s a super star lady in this store, and I regret that I didn’t pay attention to her name. She speaks Japanese. I believe she also speaks other foreign languages. She’s a master of upselling.

Just when I thought I was lost in the expensive Waikiki Beachwalk area my buddy the ABC Store came through clutch on the cheap water experience! This store isn’t that crowded (I guess the distance from the beach helps) but it had all the normal standby I would need for snacks, drinks, nicknacks, and calendars with hot women on it! Sometimes I wonder if I should ask for my change in Yen and maybe I’ll make a profit on the conversion. Hmmmmmmmm

One of the few locations that has an Icee machine. I usually go here on Saturdays after work for an Icee. They only have Coke and another flavor. The Coke sometimes is not working so I have to go to another store.
Staff is nice and never a line when I went.
Good place to pick up snacks or general necessaties.

Not a bad joint to get snacks on the go. There are about 2 of these on every block in Waikiki. Seriously, it blows me away they arent stealing eachothers business there are so many of them! Anyway, it is a great place for snacks and this location has hot food and fountain soda, which other locations do not.
This particular location is super clean and the employees are really friendly. For a late night snack, this is the place to go!

* Saving You $$$ *
If you’re looking to save on snack food, leis, late night ice cream, suntan lotion, inexpensive souvenirs, novelties, or macadamia nuts, then the neighborhood ABC store is the place to go. It’s a one-stop shop for that and more.
* Great Location *
My wife and I became regulars at this store while we stayed at the Outrigger Reef resort, just around the corner, for part of our honeymoon. This store is in a prime location, just walking distance to most of the beachfront resorts and hotels in Waikiki. We also found ABC stores throughout the Hawaiian islands of Oahu, Kauai, and Maui.
* Bottom Line *
The ABC Stores are the places to shop when the rest of Hawaii gets expensive.

In a world full of ABC stores, this one is extra big and the staff is more accommodating than others.
I wish we had these back on the mainland!
