Here we are 9 months later and the elevator is still NOT working properly. We have had service 4 times since Nov 17 and it STILL ISN’T working properly. This is getting really old and we just want what we paid for… a properly working elevator.
PLEASE fix it !!!

Thank you Access Lifts! For the past 6 plus years, you guys have responded and provided immediate solutions for my mom’s elevator system. She lives alone on an upslope property and she could no longer navigate almost 24 risers leading up to her front door. She was not willing to move out of her home of almost 30 years. Well, you installed a LIFT and have provided peace of mind to all of our family including herself. My mom loves you and appreciates the freedom you have given her. Aloha nui :)
