Accurate Electrolysis

I’m surprised to see these negative reviews… I really enjoy going to Tammy. She’s great to chat with, professional, comfortable, and knows what she’s doing. Her prices are very fair (only accepts cash and check) and I’ve had great results from her work.

This place is a joke. The first time I went here I had high hopes for finally getting rid of the hair on my upper lip. When I first met Tammy I asked her how many times I would have to do this to get rid of hair around my lip area and she told me usually 6 — 12 sessions. So I started to see her on a weekly basis. After the first few treatments I didn’t see any change, every place she took hair out of grew back. On my 6^th treatment I told her I didn’t see any change at all, she told me that it takes awhile because that’s how the hair grows. So I kept seeing her but after 12 treatments and no change or any real explanation as to why I spent all that money ($ 348) and there is nothing to show for it. I was also charged for a missed appointment even though she canceled on me.
This place is a scam, don’t waste your time or money here.

Incredibly disappointed with Accurate Electrolysis. My experience with Tammy and her «Accurate Electrolysis» was the BIGGEST WASTE of money and the WORST EXPERIENCE. I started off with a very positive outlook toward my first experience with electrolysis, thinking I’d spent $ 130 on «the only form of permanent hair removal» for my legs. I asked Tammy how long it takes to do leg hair removal and at first she told me, ‘At least an hour for each leg’. I bought the groupon that gives a good 3 hours total. I thought that, knowing I was aiming for hair removal for both legs, she would then spend an hour on each leg and do touch ups with the remainder of my groupon. However, she spent the first 4, 30-​minute sessions on one small section of one leg. That section STILL GROWS HAIR. She didn’t even get to my other leg or even the rest of the first leg. Tammy mis-​scheduled me and called me last minute to reschedule my final hour-​long appointment. I was very understanding and did so. When something came up for me and I had to reschedule, she decided to charge me for the change. I don’t remember charging her for rescheduling on me because of HER ERROR. I was appalled at her LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and completely COLD ATTITUDE, considering she was the one who initially rescheduled the appointment on me. I tried reasoning with her but she insisted on charging me to redeem the rest of my groupon. She gives by far THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Additionally, electrolysis is very painful– Tammy had told me, ‘It’s not too painful; some people even fall asleep.’ She couldn’t have been any more INACCURATE. I can’t believe I wasted $ 130 for horrible service and zero results. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

I have gone here four times as I am working on getting my hair removed from my neck line. The owner is very nice and has been doing electrolysis for over 20 years. There is a slight pain/​tingle with electrolysis but the fact it is permanent and I can see the results on my neck I am happy and excited to get my neck finished. Good bye, ingrown hairs on the neck from shaving.

It works! I went here back in the 90’s and the hair has not grown back! Tamra (the owner) has a great attitude and make you feel real comfortable. The office environment is, clean, she’s really careful, you look normal when you leave, not like you lost a fight with a porcupine like some other places, plus it’s a great value, Totally recommend Accurate Electrolysis to anyone who really wants the job done right!
