AirBuggy Beachwalk

My girlfriend and I just paid a visit to this store this evening. I have been wanting one of these strollers for our puppy for awhile now. It’s just impossible to justify paying so much for a stroller for a dog. Our sweet puppy doesn’t need this stroller, we have one already, but I KNOW she wanted a sweet ride. So, I just had to convince my girlfriend of it.
The sales staff were very helpful and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and demonstrated almost every single air buggy they had in the store for us. We decided on one that was a little bigger than we needed but it was the sweet ride that my baby girl was looking for. They even gave us a matching stroller pad!!! I cannot say enough about the good service we received and it made us feel pretty good about this extravagant purchase! We love it and so does our Kimiko!

Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgable! If you need help with assistance from purchasing a stroller for your baby or to even just buying a gift for a friends child they help, they even gift wrap the presents for you. Maki gave AAA+ customer service as if you were in Japan

I had a great experience here. The lady working here was super friendly. She was so sweet and full I information. I’m sooo excited I got my baby the bamboo fiber swaddling blankets I’ve had my eye on for awhile, and to my surprise it was cheaper here than the store in Utah. She was so nice she even gave me a free bibi baby bottle. The strollers were super cute but I already got a super awesome Mutsy stroller from a consignment store in Newport Beach.

I have been here on more than one occasion so this review is not based on one experience, but a few… I really want to give only 1 star, but my first experience here was alright and the girl working was pleasant and knew the basics of the strollers they are trying to sell, however my recent experience there was horrible.
I cannot tolerate bad customer service. This place took the cake for THE WORST customer service I received in a very long time. I walk into the store with my baby and was not greeted at all. There were two workers on this given occasion — one was helping a customer while the other was talking to her friend. A few minutes goes by and the customer and the friend leaves, but I am still not greeted or asked if I have any questions while I’m looking around. They then start talking about their paycheck and yada yada yada… maybe they didn’t know I speak Japanese so I can understand them? Nope, because one staff finally says something to me in Japanese about my baby sleeping. Then I keep shopping and they keep talking. *Unfortunately* I found something I wanted so I took it to the counter where the girl working was looking real bored. She did not even ask if I found everything I wanted or how my day was going or anything!!! She just rang the items up and told me my total!!! I walk out and the other lady finally acknowledges me and says thank you.
Very poor service and a small variety of goods.
