After dealing with Gavin Shiraishi for about 3 years. Im updating my review. Where do I start? Well the lack of caring once the tenant is in the apartment is evident. Late with rent payments without not even a courtesy call just to say BTW the payment will be late. There were times I was late with the mortgage payment. Things break in the apartment and for some reason. The repair man was the most expensive I ever seen. When they charge you $ 60 to replace a toilet paper roll holder. You have to wonder. $ 1000 to replace a dryer not a washer and dryer. When the tenants moved into my apartment tiles and everything was nice. Tiles are broken the tub and bathroom were dirty. I asked to get a copy of the rental agreement nothing yet. Still waiting for my paper work to do my taxes. Please if you are considering doing business with Cent Pac do your research.

Cenpac is a small family business, and Gavin is my property manager. He puts a lot of effort into finding the right tenant, works really hard, and is always responsive. I’ve worked with other property management companies, and finding a good tenant can make or break your experience as a landlord. I highly recommend working with Cenpac.

Gavin Shiraishi is such a pleasure to do business with! I recommend him based on his promptness and professionalism. BUT hes also very laid back and makes you feel comfortable. Its always enjoyable speaking to him!
