(UN) impressive: spent five minutes at the bar as the ONLY customer and one of tha F OUR «bartenders» (making air quotes) just asked if i wanted to order.
Yeah i want jimmy effing buffet to order this place closed. The service sucks worse than your lame musuc.

Best vegie-​burger ever.
Surprisingly for a burger place, there are some good options for vegatarians. In a rare twist, the veg pattie is available as an option on any burger… & it’s delicious. Even a veg loco-​moco was no problem.

Great food and drink! Met some very nice young ladies from Argentina, France and Australia. Staff was exceptional.

Talk about disappointment. We should have gone with our instincts when the stench at the bar met us at entry. (Flashbacks of old Cleveland Stadium)
The waitress was awesome but she could not compensate for the food. We were informed that one entrée was not available just 1 minute before the meals were served. The cheeseburgers were fine but the ribs were gristle-​y and the chicken mediocre.
Watch the nacho order for an appetizer, they bring 9 nachos. Still hungry.

We almost didn’t go here because of their 3 star review on Unilocal.
Was pleasantly surprised by great service and even better food!
On Monday night… all other restaurants with better reviews had 30 – 45 min wait. So we ended up coming here.
Their kids meal were really really bad. Kids didn’t like their food and ended up eating ours. I tried kimchi burger and it was soooo good!

Great burgers, but be prepared for a long wait.

We visited here twice. The first time for cheeseburgers which were good once they delivered the right food and our waitress seemed frazzled and confused.
The second time, we came for breakfast and it was horrible. Our waitress seemed like she hated life and when I tried to order French toast (which is on the menu) she said we don’t have that? Oh ok why?
«You need a flat grill to cook French toast»
Which is a lame answer because I ordered pancakes, which are cooked on a flat grill– the restaurant wasn’t crowded which should have been our clue not to eat here. My husband’s food looked and was disgusting. Mc Donald’s would have been better.

Bummed that this place got such low ratings. We were recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. My girlfriends and I ate here twice during our week stay in Oahu and had a great experience both times.
The California Burger is absolutely delicious and was exactly what I wanted when I thought of a Hawaiian burger… this burger comes with a hearty slice of grilled pineapple and sliced avocado… delicious!!! I order the burger once with fries which are cajon seasoned and crisped perfectly, and I ordered it a second time with onion rings. Personally I’m more of an onion ring gal after trying both. I ordered a Kona Golden Ale which was a delicious pair to my burger. On our second trip the three of us split the «Mud Pie» made of kona coffee ice cream, layered in thick fudge, oreo cookie crust, topped with whipped cream and chopped macadamia nuts… SO GOOD. I have dreams of this pie.
This place isn’t too expensive, fun atmosphere and friendly staff, amazing location right across the street from Waikiki Beach and giant open windows that make you feel like you’re outside. Equipped with tons of ceiling fans to save those of you who are not used to the humidity and this restaurant has a large dining and bar area. Both times we visited during the busy lunch hour and were seated quickly and had good service. I would recommend this place to anyone vacationing near Waikiki who is looking to throw their diet in the trash for an hour and spend your appetite and your calories on some big and juicy burgers… and beer. Food was ok. There is nothing here I can’t just make at home. On the plus side they have tvs and lots of them are bug tvs. The spot is In a convenient location and they play the volume of championship game while watching the warrior vs the thunders on game 7.

We were looking for a quick, affordable, & good place to eat. This restaurant is very convenient. It’s across the beach and very good! This is my 1^st time in Hawaii & when I sat down here I got nervous because of the low ratings.
But it’s really good and I would come back! :)
Only reason I knocked down one star is because the bun on the burger broke into pieces (too much oil) & the Mai tai wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. (Given the story behind this restaurant is on the burgers & Mai tais)
I got the California burger with a Mai tai and it was really good ! :) fulling and tasty! The seasoned fries were just as yummy! & the price is reasonable! The environment and staff are very nice! I would come back for sure ! :)

You know what they say: location, location, location. That’s about all I can say this place has to offer. Hard to beat the views and surroundings here, but last time I checked, that’s not what a restaurant is supposed to be about.
We were sat at a dirty table and after the host realized this, she quickly wiped the table down with a wet (albeit, dirty rag) and placed our menus, napkins and utensils. Guess what we were then left with? Wet menus, wet napkins and wet utensils.
I ordered the Hawaiian Style Chicken Sandwich which tasted like cardboard. The kitchen also forgot to add the teriyaki sauce which definitely did NOT help the already stale sandwich.
The only good thing about our experience was that our server, Kristen was very friendly and very quick to respond to any of our needs. She also took the sandwich off our check without our even asking, since I barely touched it. Kristen is the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars.
If you need to just chill, shoot the breeze and drink beer by the water; this is your spot. If you’re looking for (I dunno) a restaurant that serves food you wanna eat; keeping walking.

Many reasons cause me to give such a poor review. This was a takeout order!!! Besides all our food (3 different items) being unimpressive and just plain calories other reasons abound. Part of a restaurants reputation can be based on what type of containers your food is served on. Of course low overhead is good but… flimsy food containers that dump your food on the ground because there is no strength to it. If you don’t have BOTH hands holding it say «goodbye» to your lunch– it will be on the ground (birds, cats & homeless will love u). The waitress could have at least said please be careful we believe in cheap flimsy containers.
You won’t eat your fries because your teaspoon of catchup won’t go very far. 2 tiny servings of matchup. You could dip about 6 fries.
And if you get dirty eating your lunch the 2 transparent napkins won’t do much to clean u up. Honestly is you order 50 $ worth of food it would be nice to have a few napkins.
I ordered the Loco. I went to push the fork into the hamburger patty & the fork bent. Seriously! I can’t stab a piece of meat with this fork, OMG!!! Fire was ready to blaze out of my nose. Remember the thick fat strong plasticware Wendy’s Restuarant has provided for years? This stuff is so junky you will need to eat with your fingers.
Lastly my burger patties were raw in the middle. I would never recommend this place.
Besides getting some new cooks. Please invest in some decent plastic cutlery & containers. It will make people feel happier & keep lunches off Mother Earth. And for goodness sakes give some condiments with your 15 $ burgers.

Good location. The food is not good but the service is good and the location is just perfect. They serve late hours and that is a plus.

Pretty weak experience all around. I’m okay with paying $ 15 for a burger on Waikiki… just don’t have it be terrible. I was excited by the description saying that it was going to be «pink throughout.» My burger was not pink throughout. It was gray throughout, and it tasted that way too. Burnt to a crisp.
Why didn’t I send it back? The server was nowhere to be found for a while. She didn’t come to check on our food to see if it was any good until my wife had already finished her meal, and we were ready to go.
Based on my description, it sounds like a one star experience, but I mean c’mon… you’re in Hawaii, you’ve got good music playing, a nice breeze coming in through the restaurant… two stars is really the floor for this spot. That being said, we’ll skip it next time. There are plenty of places in Waikiki that do a cheeseburger (for example, the Hard Rock, where the burger I had two nights before was pretty darn good), and I’d say skip it. The McDonalds two blocks away would have tasted better.

BURGERSSS. As my inter-​fat kid screams out. Literally all I wanted yesterday was a nice sized burger and I was completely satisfied.
I ordered the It’s all good burger, my burger was cooked to absolute perfection, and the waitress was amazing — her name was Wena, she’s super sweet and polite.
They were super skimpy with the fries which is why I’m giving this place 4 stars, I think my friend and I both had about ten fries each which was depressing since they’re really good.

If you go before 11am, they have $ 5.50 bloody Mary’s and mimosas
Breakfast is pretty good but lunch not the best. I do enjoy going their for breakfast and have taken my friends their but service always seems to lack. Looks like it is a staffing problem and also could use some service training to make sure guest are always acknowledge even if they are busy.

Ok so I normally don’t review chain restaurants, but we had really good food, and great service today for an early lunch.
Table was right up front, open air looking out across Kalakaua at Waikiki, so extra points for the view and the breeze. Only negative is the traffic (trucks) that occasionally rumble down the road can be loud.
The food was great, and fresh. I got the ahi sandwich with an interesting cilantro macadamia nut pesto on it. Tuna was perfectly seared med rare, and the pesto combined with the mayo was a great flavor combo.
Wife got the «burger of the day», a Caesar Cheeseburger in paradise… which was a standard burger, but with a fried egg, and essentially a Caesar salad (romaine and dressing), along with Parmesan cheese and an onion ring… it was great according to her! Fried were nice and crispy.
Service was outstanding. Teresa was super sweet and attentive. Great service!

Bleh … I got a taco salad with chicken and it was meh. Beans were terrible and definitely from a can and they put like 2 lbs of cheese on it.
If you’re coming here only order a burger; that’s all they can make!

I came here twice for breakfast and ordered the healthiest thing I can find on their menu — the skinny scramble.
It was OK — this place has the average food that you’ll find at any American chain restaurant– pancakes, burgers, fries, tacos, etc. Think of anything oily, greasy, and unhealthy, and you’ll be able to find it there. There is also a bar for you alcoholics out there.
Mediocre restaurant for some heavy, hearty food before you start your calorie burning beach adventure.

I’ve been here many times and the food is always good.
The staff are always friendly and willing to please.
The prices are competitive with other restaurants in Waikiki, and they have a breakfast special that is around $ 7 for a plate of eggs, hashbrowns, toast and coffee. Not bad!!! Add some bacon for a couple of bucks more and you are in!
The burgers could be the best in Waikiki. Seriously. The best!
And I love those nachos with the burger meat… wow!
Sit on the patio, have a bloody, and people watch… then glide into your burger and enjoy your day!
If you see him, ask for Mike, he’s outstanding as a bartender/​server!

Es un 3.5 pero tiene un GRAN happy hour tras 9pm hasta el cierre que lo hace uno de los lugares más baratos para beber sobre Waikiki
Aparte tiene como 12 pantallas gigantes de tele diseñadas para ver todos los deportes del mundo. Sí, hasta fútbol y cricket australianos.
La comida es la típica de bar que vas a encontrar por todo waikiki, posta es todo igual. pero están bien armadas las cosas. Y los tragos zafan bien. Las fireballs, oh my god las fireballs.
Una gran borrachera sufrí acá. En hawaii, por eso siempre tendrá mi corazón.

Wir haben das essen der tischnachbaren bekommen ohne beilagen. Das brot war trocken und schmeckte alt. Der käse war nicht wirklich geschmolzen und das fleisch nur warm. Die waffle fries schmeckten als wurden sie am vortag frittiert und einfach nur aufgewärmt. Wir haben zwar noch eine preisreduktion erhalten kann ich aber leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Excelente atención y limpieza del lugar. Desde qué llegamos, nos atendieron rápido y amigablemente. Ordenamos un breakfast wrap y el tradicional «loco moco», ambos estaban deliciosos. Además pedimos un «Island blend» que contenía naranja, piña y Guayaba. Muy recomendada esta bebida.
El loca está frente a frente a Waikiki beach y se aprecia un bonito paisaje. Seguramente hemos de volver muy pronto. Mahalo!

Cheeseburger im Paradies? Nun ja, das mit dem Paradies ist vielleicht ein wenig übertrieben, aber die Idee ist doch nett! Und von der herkömmlichen Burgerwelt hebt sich diese Restaurant-​Kette in der Tat ab.
Wir haben Cheeseburger in Paradise in Waikiki und auf Maui getestet — und für gut befunden. Cheeseburger in allen Variationen — zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen — gibt es hier.
Nach eigenen Angaben wird nur frisches Geflügelfleisch verwendet, frische Sea-​food und 100% beef aus Hawaii, nichts davon gefroren, alles frisch!
Lecker auch die Salate, die genauso frisch wirken und schmecken. Qualität scheint hier ein Marketing-​Anspruch zu sein. Aber nicht nur das Essen ist zu empfehlen, auch die Getränke. Eine große Anzahl an Cocktails laden ein, unsere Frauen waren begeistert. Mein Sohn und ich bevorzugten das Fassbier, auch davon eine große Auswahl an brands und wie steht im Menu: immer auf 32 Grad F gekühlt (mir fast etwas zu kühl).
Lustig die Bedienung, nicht nur die hier erwartete amerikanische Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: alle Bedienkräfte, männlich wie weiblich, laufen in kurzen Baströckchen rum (über den Jeans etc. getragen). Das wirkt schon fast ein wenig albern, prägt sich aber offensichtlich ein, sonst würde ich es wohl kaum hier beschreiben.
Tipp: Wer sich bei den Burgern nicht entscheiden kann, der wähle — wie ich, ich war sehr unentschlossen angesichts der vielen Möglichkeiten — einen Teller mit einer Auswahl an Mini-​Burgern. So kann man beim Zweitbesuch gezielt seinen Favoriten bestellen.
Fazit: Burger einmal anders, in einer sehr angenehmen, relaxten Atmosphäre. Wir haben es genossen, zur Nachahmung empfohlen (und kein teures Vergnügen!). Vier Sterne.
