Copy Shop

Copy Shop in Hawaii Kai… seems to be pretty full service and it’s convenient with easy parking (use the parking on the side of the building (as in the photo), this is the same complex where Satellite City Hall and the police sub-​station are located)
This review is to tell you about their service mentioned in another review, whereby you can email them a document, and they will print it for you and have it ready for pick up. What a great service!
In my case, the printer decided to *not work* just as I was leaving to make a speech I had prepared for but DEFINITELY couldn’t do without my notes! Copy Shop to the rescue! I called them emailed the 4 page document over, and it was ready for pick up when I arrived about 10 minutes later. No waiting other than the wait until someone towards the back saw me, and the service was professional.
* Just an idea for you if you’re reading this review Copy Shop owners and staff:
The only suggestion I could make is that you could set yourselves up for more success and loyalty if you greeted customers as they come in. In my experience, there were 3 workers present when I arrived, one who was helping someone else at the register, and two others busy with other tasks. No one acknowledged me… maybe they didn’t realize I had entered. Maybe a little door bell or something is needed. Nothing elaborate is required… just a «hello», or «we’ll be right with you» would go a LONG way. Remember — people who use copy shop services are often business people on a tight schedule. Others would just appreciate it if you always greet them when they come in.

I went to the copy shop to get some copies made. The people were friendly and attentive. The inside was nice and they were quick to offer help if needed. I heard the nice lady behind the counter mention that you can email them files and they will have it printed out and ready to go when you get there… I thought that was a great service.
I like this place a lot more than your typical fedex/kinko’s combo shop. Don’t get me wrong, I am not comparing services, but feel the store has a very comfortable feel about it, not cold or sterile (like a doctor’s office can be).
I am going back today to make more copies…

Ever since the original owner sold the Copy Shop it has gone down hill. I order stationary and am told I can’t pick it up a week later because the girl that I ordered it through is off. I was treated rudely by the staff and I was made to feel that they don’t care if I take my business elsewhere. That is what I am going to do. Kinkos will print my stationary and envelopes for half the cost and will deliver it to my business. Thank you Copy Shop for sending me to Kinkos I save a lot of money. The owner better wake up or he will go out of business. If I could give minus stars I would give Copy Shop a minus 5!
