Delta Skyteam Skyclub

Feeling tired and jet lagged so not impressed to be met by Elizabeth N at check in. Felt like I was at the tax office. This lounge has the worst cust service I’ve come across at delta.

As a frequent traveler I am a Diamond Medallion with Delta Airlines. I have also been a Skyclub member for the past ⁸⁄₉ years. In fact I remember when it was Northwest.
I really enjoy the Delta Skyclub in Honolulu. The workers that greet you as you enter are so happy and filled with ALOHA! I especially appreciate the ones who remember who I am and can make conversation with me.
The food provided has gotten better and a more wider selection is now offered. The drink selection is great and they have a great variety. My favorite is the Guava juice especially since this is the only lounge I find it at.
I would have given five stars but I think the club could have been better. YES, the renovations is nice, but it would have been much better if they added SHOWERS! I also wish that the bar was self serve or that there was NO TIP jar. I spoke with a few people while I was sitting there and they didn’t want to get a drink because they felt obligated to leave a tip. They feel that since they spend so much for the membership that they shouldn’t have to pay or tip anyone there. Im not an alcoholic drinker (well not that much lol) so it doesn’t matter to me, but it does to others.
I LOVE THIS DELTA SKYCLUB!!! Keep up the good work and I look forward to visiting more next year!

They move the club several months back. It’s a much more convenient location just past security (it’s the old Northwest club location). Otherwise it’s similar to to old club. It’s clean, they offer various beverages, both alcoholic and non-​alcoholic and a variety of foods. The Delta personnel are courteous and professional. Simply, it what you’ld expect from an airline’s lounge.
