DHL EXPRESS

I am impressed at the lengths DSL will go to ensure outstanding service. Carry on, DSL, and continue the awesome service!

I just used DHL for the first time and had an EXTREMELY disappointing experience. Pick up from my house in Hawaii on Oct. 12 was great. Delivery in Israel was promised for Oct. 15 (which is Oct. 14 in Hawaii.) It took 2 days for the package to reach Israel. Amazing. Then my husband in Israel called the facility in Tel Aviv and was told it would not go out for delivery till Oct. 19 because they don’t work weekends. The whole reason I chose DHL was because they work 7 days a week including most holidays. These were URGENT documents needed for a hearing Oct. 16. My husband drove a very long distance in the wee hours of the morning Oct. 16 to pick up the package that was supposed to be delivered to his door the day before. And even then he had to argue with them for more than an hour before they agreed to let him pick up pick it up in person. It was only through sheer obstinance he managed to get the papers before the court hearing. This is NOT the kind of service I thought I was paying for.

This carrier has hours which state open at 7:30. No one answers the telephone and they leave an answer message which basically says «call back» when we open and then hangs up.
Really poor poor telephone service.

Terrible service! Took almost 1 month to receive a package that should have arrived in 1 week. If you call they will be very nice and will look into it and call you back, just don’t expect a call. Use Fed Ex or UPS, this company is a joke!

I wish I could write a review with less stars. Go with UPS or even FedEx. This is a small time delivery company compared to these two and the quality of service and professionalism shows. Tried to reroute a package and it wound up in Vietnam for some reason. All I got from the company was «that’s odd, sorry».
