I am a regular for their acai bowl. They know what I want before I order. I think it may be the cheapest,$ 750, and best in the mall. Along with the regular stuff, banana, blueberries, and strawberries you can get extras like bee pollen, almond, and some other stuff for no extra charge. I think most places would charge close to ten bucks for their bowl that takes me a while to finish.

Looking for an acai bowl on the new ewa wing side of the mall? Nordstroms Ebar got you covered !! The acai is so creamy and tasty and just melts perfectly into your mouth. Very affordable for an acai bowl and they give a generous amount! I almost can never finish one by myself because it’s so big. I always order extra honey because hey, why not right? It’s a most definite try. ++ EBar still has their old location drinks ! You just have to ask for them(: for example, my strawberry lemonade please !!

I loooove the new Nordstrom eBar! Not only does it have a ton of shaded outdoor seating, but it’s got some indoor seating with outlets! Hallelujah! This is definitely going to be one of my new hangout spots. Got the orange and pineapple spritzer which was the perfect after lunch refresher. Service was quick, but I have to say the employees seem a little sad. C’mon guys, you get to make hundreds of people happy and productive everyday! I appreciate you!

I love Ebar! The baristas here are ALWAYS friendly! Even when the line gets long the wait isn’t. My husband and I ways share the 100% iced Kona Coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Yes, that’s another plus for this place! They have sugar free syrups!

Good olé, reliable, reasonably-priced EBar… How do I love thee? They do a very good job at keeping the salads and other«lunch to-go”-type foods stocked throughout the day. The foods are consistently satisfying and there is usually a good array of snacks and desserts. The seating outside was very well done, along with the huge new umbrella-type shading that covers most of the seats. It’s pretty peaceful on this end of the mall, and the seating area is nice and spacious. This new store layout and teh location of the EBar was very well-executed! LOVETHISPLACE!

We came here to grab a late snack. My daughter got the banana bread yum. My favorite are the cookies chocolate chip and my husband loves the coconut chocolate chip with nuts. We use to buy the cookies at the café and heard the new restaurant Marcello doesn’t have them. We will be back to buy our favorite cookies and banana bread of course!

I FINALLYFOUNDIT! The e-bar has, in my opinion, the BEST cold-brew coffee that I have had in my search for cold-brew on the island. So much so, I went back before I left the mall for another cup. And I’m pretty sure I’ll be back tomorrow. The e-bar that my review covers is the one located on the 3rd floor of Nordstrom near the mall entrance/exit. There is ample parking in the structure or the mall. They have their own exit/entrance from the mall and another one from Nordstrom. They sell coffee, frozen drinks, some baked goods, salads, fruit, tea, Hydro Flasks, Toddys, bottles. It’s a large assortment for a small place! I come here when visiting the mall. They have an excellent chicken Caesar salad wrap that is very filling and convenient for on the go! The Ice Storm drinks they have are a tasty sweet treat on hot days. The kids usually get the mint chocolate Ice Storm & it has never failed to satisfy! My specific reason to visit on this occasion was for the cold-brew coffee. If you follow me, you will know that I’ve been on the hunt for a few weeks now. I just so happened to be in the mall, so I made a beeline for the e-bar. I ordered an enorme(the biggest they got). As the kids were still deciding on what they wanted, I chatted with the barista. I told him about my search for cold-brew and asked him to tell me about the Toddy system that was displayed. He gave me info on it and told me that it was a great seller. Unfortunately, they were currently sold out. He offered to check with the lower level e-bar to see if the had any. What service! I paid for my order and patiently waited. It didn’t take long! I took my 1st sip and I was in heaven! There was no bitterness, no acidity. Just a nutty flavor. I think the kids were talking to me, but I couldn’t focus because I really just wanted to enjoy the moment. So, the service, the awesome food & drinks, location, & ample parking make this place one of my all time faves! And I know I will definitely be back for their smooth cold-brew!!!

I’ve come here many times and the service and drinks were usually pretty good. But this time was terrible. I ordered two iced Americanos. I watched as the barista poured espresso from a jar instead of fresh brew from the machine. The drinks they gave me were also too light and watered down. Hopefully this won’t happen again and they will respect all their customers.

Terrible! I am grossed out with their«Green Tea Smoothie». I seriously hate it, the beverage is heavily loaded with sugar and an apple flavor. No green tea at all! I paid $ 7 for this crap, and this is the 2nd time I gone here. No fault of the barista, it’s the formula. Last year it was okay but the same problem still today is NOFRICKENINTERNET. I’m pissed, I can’t even do any simple stuff on my tablet. I’m going to copy this same message to Nordstrom as I find it misleading to call it EBar. I keep thinking E stands for something like electronic.

I equate the quality of coffee here to that of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf(which I do not like) as well as the quality of those fake tasting coffee drinks you get from burger king, or those god awful McCafe drinks. The staff is wonderfully friendly. They are very nice and the girl was willing to make some custom mods on my drink for me. I wish I could give more stars just for that, but my overall dissatisfaction with the taste of the coffee weighed too heavily on me. I’ve tasted this… weird«synthesized» coffee taste from quite a few businesses now and it’s always the same. It tastes like either the coffee was made from a coffee syrup and the drink is moreso coffee-flavored rather than actual coffee… or the sweetener they use is just… horrible. One day I’m going to figure it out when I decide I want to get some plain black coffee just to taste it. Maybe I should opt to sweeten my drinks myself? Maybe the cream these places use is just odd-tasting. I wouldn’t come back of my own accord but if with someone, I might try something else just to see if there might be something worth coming back for.

Customer service was friendly, but the coffee was nothing to brag about… I bought a Frozen Mocha drink from them once before… It was not bad. I thought it was similar to starbucks… But it was pretty yummy. So when deciding on where to grab a coffee with my friend, we decided to try out the eBar. My friend had never been there before… There wasn’t anyone really ahead of us, so our drinks came out relatively fast I guess? But the drinks we got didn’t taste very good. Neither of us ordered anything mint… Yet both the drinks had a «mint» taste to it, as if someone before us ordered something with mint and maybe they used the same blender… There wasn’t much coffee taste to it. The shorter straw they gave us, seemed like it was more made for non blended drinks(make sure to ask for or grab the bigger straw instead). It’s decent if you want something convenient — it’s right outside Nordstrom heading towards the mall. There are some good amount of tables and chairs around as compared to either Starbucks locations in the mall. But I think next time I would rather grab a coffee from Starbucks or Kulu Kulu in Shirokiya. They serve other drinks. I haven’t tried them so I can’t vouch. But maybe their other non-coffee creations are better. I haven’t completely written them off my books… But I wasn’t too happy with this last experience… Maybe it was an off day for them. :/

So far it’s the best cappuccino I’ve had in Hawaii. I get almond milk, which costs more but worth it. All The salads I’ve had are great as well for the price. Under $ 8. They also have times of the year you can purchase a coffee bar gift card for $ 25 and receive $ 30.

I was first introduced to the Nordstrom eBar many moons ago and pre-Yelp. I’m not exactly a regular, well unless you consider once or twice a year as being religious. I like it. It’s a place for a non-alcoholic drink(aww shucks) while shopping at the massive Ala Mo-Money Shopping Mall! One of those places you forget about unless you so happen to be on the penthouse level… I’m not in love with it, but I like it. Here’s why… –PRICES! That’s right! I’ve only had drinks here(non-alcoholic – aww shucks), well maybe a muffin or cookie too, but overall the prices are on par with coffee shops in the area like Starbucks, Honolulu Coffee, Island Vintage, Blue Hawaii, etc. In fact, it might be cheaper than most mentioned. Definitely cheaper than Neiman Marcus’s Expresso Bar. The prices seem fair. –AMBIANCE! Just a bigger than normal kiosk coffee bar, but it’s inviting and the outdoor seating is nice. I’m one that hates to be cooped up trying to enjoy coffee or tea, I mean c’mon now… We live in beautiful Hawaii’i! I believe there’s two eBars at this location, but like I mentioned earlier I love the great outdoors, so… –SERVICE! The employees here are always nice, but not excessively«fake nice» either. Just a casual greeting, small talk is all it takes for points in my book. Never had a bad experience here. Helps that I’m low maintenance and so incredibly cute, I guess. Haha! I’ve had coffee, tea, Italian soda, and even a mango smoothie here. A cookie or two and maybe even a muffin. The coffee seemed a tad bit weak for my taste, maybe it was just an off-day, idk, but my preference here are the teas. I love the teas here. The mango smoothie I had was not worth the time for my taste buds — that’s coming from someone who adores mangoes, but nope, the smoothie was meh. So yes, I can still recommend… NORDSTROMEBAR! It’s casual and up and away from the hustle and bustle of the annoying mall shoppers. Great place to chill with a drink(non-alcoholic – aww shucks) and people watch for a few. Quite entertaining actually! Especially during the holidays! MERRYCHRISTMASEVERYONE! Oh snap! We still have a few more holidays before that… OVERALLGRADE: 3.8-STARS! LIVEALOHA… UnilocalREVIEW #382

Delicious drinks hindered by an average expereince. The eBar has a decent amount of drinks ranging from coffee and smoothies to sparkling lemonades. My favorite is the pomegranate lemonade. I like it because its always a balanced combination of sweet and sour. The ambiance is nothing to write your mom about but the seats are very nice to just sit after a hard day at work. Right now, they have the Christmas tree out so it is perfect. The customer servics here has been average the times I have been here. The speed in which the drinks are made could be faster, usually taking about 3 to 4 minutes per drink. Overall, a good place to grab a drink on break or during shopping, just don’t expect quick. I’ll be back– just for the lemonade :)

I used to be a die-hard starbucks fan and refused to get coffee anywhere else. However, I tried eBar’s iced coffee and fell in love immediately! The starbucks iced coffee is too strong for me and I usually have to water it down a little or add a lot of milk. However, I found that I was able to drink this coffee straight. Woohoo! I know there are some folks who really like strong coffee and are particular about the taste. I prefer my coffee a little weaker and less bitter. eBar brews a perfect cup, suited to my tastes :) They also make super good italian sodas, which I looooove and have trouble finding anywhere else. Starbucks makes italian sodas too but I don’t like them…

The Nordstrom eBar is located outside the second floor mall entrance to the department store. The coffee shops have strategically placed themselves throughout the mall to actually avoid competition amongst each other! + One star for including calories for each drink on their menu. I love the transperancy that originates from businesses. However, when I’m looking for more tea than coffee, I feel that the eBar falls short. — One star for their green tea drink. This might taste exactly how it’s designed to be, but I found it similar to drinking fruit punch. There was zero semblance of green tea present in this beverage. I did not have to worry about using those 100 calories since I did not imbibe close to 10 calories in that drink. I am very frustrated by the amount of «tropical» versions of iced tea. Most people I have spoken too do not enjoy tropical tea when they are craving iced tea. They are craving the original thing. My advice to the corporation is to include more traditional drinks than just the fruity mixes of what used to be a caffeinated beverage.

I discovered the Nordstrom eBar back when I was still a grad student. It was a typical busy, blazing hot weekday at Ala Moana and I was on the prowl for an empty table at a coffee house(Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, anywhere in the mall with a table and in the shade — preferably with A/C). All the Starbucks were packed and I learned awhile ago that Barnes and Noble Café is always packed too — so I didn’t even look there. Then, I saw shaded, open tables… okay. Is this a mirage? Nope. It is the Nordstrom eBar. Now, even back then I was a die hard Starbucks fan, but I was willing to forego Starbucks if I can get one of the open tables(they even have the soft, cushion-y chairs to sit at too!). However, I don’t know what to order since I have never been there before. It was super hot and I wanted a refreshing drink, so I opted for a sparkling drink instead of coffee. I had their sparkling pomegranate lemonade… and it was so refreshing and delicious. More tart than sweet with carbonation(bubbles!) from club soda. It was one of my favorite drinks to get, but I no longer see it on the menu(maybe I can re-create it since it looks like they still have the ingredients to make it). When I went to the eBar yesterday, I tried a new drink — the sparking hibiscus tea. I was a little scared that it would have a strong floral taste to it, but the cashier was very helpful when I was asked him to describe the drink. He was very patient with me, even though the line was building behind me. The drink was good — it was tart with bubbles(due to the club soda). I could not taste any floral ingredient in the drink, so my fear was negated. I liked it, but still like the sparkling pomegranate lemonade more.
