I visit this store from time to time. I like the jewelry and own a heart pendant and earring set from this store. The prices for the jewelry are pretty reasonable too. If you like hearts and flowers, then this is the store for you. Lots of pretty and sparkly baubles to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Folli Follie also has a collection of watches and handbags.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS — seems like all other high-​end stores in Ala Moana. Very clean, neat and pricey. Certain things are placed in the front of the store and in the windows to attract women to come in and spend spend spend.
Service here is umm alright I guess?
Idk. The three times I entered this store the workers didn’t really seem too eager to help me. Of course they offered to show me things in the display but that was only after looking at them for a while… that’s about it.
The second time I came here, I wanted to get my new watch adjusted. Was super excited to finally get to wear my new watch and when I left the store I didn’t realize the worker did not return my extra links to me. I mean what if I gained a million gazillion pounds and couldn’t get my watch adjusted to fit my pudgy arms cause the worker didn’t return my links! How un-​thoughtful! Lol ;]
After wearing the watch for a couple days I realized that I wanted to add another link to it so it would feel more comfortable and a little less suffocating to my wrist. Went back the store and asked them to add a link. The worker looked at me and was like where are your extra links. I explained how the worker took them the other day. She looked at me and said that’s impossible cause they always give back the links. –_​_​_​_​– Lady I was just as surprised as you were… Luckily when the worker went in the back she found my links… TOLD YOU!!!
Overall I think the jewelry that Folli Follie carries is cute. Little pricy but meh, its Ala Moana.
