It’s great to see a wide variety of food businesses opening up on campus — you can add this one to my list of favorites!
I’ve visited the Fresh Manoa truck located in the UH Manoa Sustainability Courtyard twice now, and on both occasions, the food and plantation iced tea were delicious! I just can’t help spending a little extra money on campus for the iced tea with dole whip!
I also tried the combo of vegetarian chili and ½ a caprese sandwich which I must admit were good, though I’m not one who is very fond of cold sandwiches. I know that often caprese sandwiches are served cold (or room temp), but if they were grilled… I would come back day after day!
The staff of the Fresh Manoa truck are incredibly friendly and quick to serve their customers which is incredibly helpful when grabbing a bite to eat between class breaks!
