Home sweet home! Lived here for 3 months so far and am satisfied with the condominium and how it’s managed. I love that it’s on the edge of Salt Lake therefore it’s quiet. The view from the lanai is straight country club and mountians-​SO BEAUTIFUL! It’s so nice to wake up to the noise of someone teeing off right outside my window. Ooh and the breeze that comes through this place is priceless!!!
The maintenance fee is on the higher side but it includes electric and cable (and all the usual condo stuffs). To me so worth it because you can run the dishwasher and washer/​dryer as often as you’d like! There is a pool (I never used), a party room (thats outdated) and a small, not so functional BBQ area.
The one thing I would change is the key. You need a key for everything. Can we totally upgrade to the ones that are scanned. Ok so maybe it’s not a bad thing that the building is suuuper secure but damn it’s a biyach to get anywhere in the building!

convenient location, short walking distance to Moanalua High School, minutes away from Salt Lake Shopping Center! There is a pool and barbeque area. I wish it had a jacuzzi!
