The staff was great, really friendly and helpful but I gave it 3 stars for the limited selection of clothing. They seems to have the same thing in only a few different colors and options. It would be nice to see them expand a bit.

Awesome location and staff! The store looked great and was fun to shop. No Return Policy: Unfortunately, there is a no return policy, which was never mentioned or posted anywhere. Bought a few things to try on at home because I had a 6 week infant with me and when I returned the next day to return 2 of my 3 shirts that didn’t fit I was told about the policy. They didn’t have my size in the store, so I couldn’t even exchange them. The staff was super cool and tried to help, but the owner wasn’t so accommodating. Luckily the staff refunded me and said they’d deal with the owner later. Hopefully, the owner starts listening to his staff. Pricing: There’s no pricing anywhere and everything was $ 38. I appreciate no tags in the clothing, but a sticker inside the shirt would be nice. Maybe that should also say all sales are final.

Great store. Glad they moved here. Nice selection of clothes and accessories, helpful staff. Store is now on Beachwalk — so I’m assuming there will be more tourists dropping in. If you’re a resident of Hawaii, make sure to mention that you’re «kama’aina» for a 20% discount!

Get your local Hawaii gifts, right in Waikiki! The crew here are super cool, with a great selection of gear — from shirts for the whole family, hats, bags and more! Local designs produced right here in the islands…

So my friends and I were just cruising around Waikiki and just so happened to spot the new HiLife clothing store right above the Peter Lik gallery on Lewers St. The store is on the second floor right where several shops are located at including that one Cheeseburger restaurant. We asked them if they are still at their Butigroove location, so I guess they have their own shop now which is super cool. For their initial selection, they have their basic HiLife tees, hats, shotglasses, stickers, beanies, etc. I didn’t buy anything but a couple of my friends did. I will wait until they have some other sizes of the stickers and will probably cop apparel once they have some tanks out or what not. If you are da kine that #supportlocal then HiLife should definitely be on your bucklist(s). This is for sure going to be one of my spots every so often whenever I am cruising around Waikiki.
