They have no idea what inventory or wood types hey really have in stock. Waste of time. Go elsewhere!

Looked all over the mainland for the product I needed! Had several sent and had to return them because they didn’t work.
Who’d have guessed… right here in our own state at JBL was the item I needed?! …a locking system for a sliding door system made from two wood framed french doors. Yeah, a bit odd. It worked well until a visitor just muscled it open and broke it!
So, now… exactly one year to the day, I have to order another… although it’s not in the online catalog. I’ll have to call Monday and hopefully describe it! (couldn’t find receipt; no name on lock).

We recently renovated my kitchen and replace doors in my house. I worked with JBL in ordering doorhandles and drawer pulls.
Andrew was able to help me find just the right style of door handles. He also help me detail all the things you need to know in ordering hardware for doors including «Which hand», hinges, tracks, pools, doorstops, etc.
Noland was wonderful in helping me order all the drawer pulls for my cabinets and when I needed to expedite a front door handle, he miraculously made it happen overnight. I don’t recommend rushing things, but in this case he was a lifesaver.
The best part about all of this is not only do you have excellent products, but excellent courteous service.
I highly recommend JBL for all your hardware needs!

This is the rudest place I have ever been. Go direct to manufacturers you will get more help. The man with ponytail was a witch (with a b), literally rolled his eyes at us when he was talking to us. Then just threw the lock at us on the table and said this is what we need. Acted like we were wasting his time. «Excuse me I am trying to buy something from your company instead of online. Trying to buy local. «. Never said thank or anything. So when we got it home realized it wasn’t even close to what we wanted so went back and returned it. Got the same treatment as before. JBL has some major employee morale problems. They have terrible customer service. Not one smile or «can I help you?» I would give them a minus 5 if I could. Very sad i would like to buy local but i get a nicer attidtude from the pop-​up person on the internet. Haha!

We went to go pick up a new lock, handle and key because our lock and handle on the security door to our home, kind of got stuck and broke.
We picked up locks from them before, so I knew what I was looking for. Great Price and a great associate that assisted us! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was really really nice! I wish I could have remembered his name…
We were in and out in 15 minutes and was happy to get home and change out the broken one!
I will continue to do business with JBL. They know their products well!

I had a non-​standard Falcon lock tumbler that a locksmith had to drill through. Neither Home Depot nor Lowe’s had a replacement tumbler. Not desiring to replace the entire mortise lock system (expensive!) I took the damaged piece to JBL. I was out the door 20 minutes with a $ 20 part they pulled out of a bin that matched my old locking mechanism perfectly. Awesome experience. Only reason I’m giving four stars is that they’re bad at answering email. Great in-​person experience!

Went here to buy a longer lever, 5 inch for new door knob on our door. Lowes, City Mill, and Home Depot didn’t have. They only had the standard size so they recommended I go to JBL. Apparently my current door is ancient, haha.
It looks like a warehouse, so keep your eyes peeled for the sign. Inside is not like Lowes or City Mill where you can just grab what you want. You have to look at what you want, then talk to a representative at a desk (or at the station of what you need), and then make your purchase. They pretty much had all kinds of door locks and handles, I got what I needed. Sales person was knowledgeable, but very impersonal.
I’d actually rate it 3.5 stars if I could.

We came to this store for our closet doors a while ago. I thought they are expensive but they have what we wanted. Nice beautiful simple doors. We are happy with our spending.
